  1. Employees are helpful if I ask something but do not go out of their way to greet customers or ask if they need help. Product selection is great- just as good or better than other locations. Love the many options for light fixtures they carry. Got the ones in the photo and the warm white light bulbs and they look amazing!

  2. I came in looking for an aluminum clipboard today and couldn’t find one. Got on my HD app and located the item location and isle number. Still couldn’t find it. I asked Jeff, an associate if he happened to know where we could find it. Jeff teamed with with Dennis and tried looking for awhile but unfortunately couldn’t find it. I don’t care that we couldn’t find it, but I am impressed by the work ethic these gentleman had. Customer services is a very important role in the position they’re in and they freaking nailed it. They went above and beyond, over hell and high water to find a clipboard. I’m throughly grateful and impressed. This company relies on people like this so keep it up. Much appreciated guys.

  3. It’s always fun shopping at the home Depot. I just wish they would make every store the same so I don’t have to get lost. Looking for things. Good thing to have an app that tells you what aisle things are in and to store your at.

    Moment I walk through the door, I was greeted by a staff member asking if I needed any help. I did because I was in a hurry. She took
    Me straight to the aisle I needed and pointed my stuff out to me. I was in And out in 5 minutes!

    This location is calling exterminators to KILL CATS present on their property, despite local humane societies and animal control offering to humanely trap and remove the animals. This is policy on cats at CORPORATE level at Home Depot, meaning this happens any time felines turn up at one of their locations. I will never give my business to ANY Home Depot, again.

    I was a dedicated customer for many years until the manager refused to let a rescue organization humanely remove the colony of cats that are on the property. Animal control offered to assist and he refused, said he would prefer an exterminator to do it. Really sickening. Lowe’s will get my business now.

    Apparently it’s okay to kill animals that have been dumped! My company spends nearly 100k A MONTH here, already in the process of switching companies to get our product from elsewhere after hearing about this. 100k+ per month lost, congratulations Mike! I’m sure your manager is gonna love you after this one. I’ll be sure to mention you when I give a reason to why I’m canceling this weeks order of 27k! I’m Spreading this to other contractors as well, making sure everyone hears about this.

    Can’t comment on other locations but the one went to was terrible. Customer service was nonexistent. I and five other customers waited for over 10 minutes for an associate in the garden area for assistance. No one showed up even after being paged 3 times. I had waited long enough so I left. Ridiculous

    As senior citizens and frequent Home Depot shoppers my wife and I spend thousands of dollars with you. We bought counter tops and plumbing equipment at this store today and had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with your stores. This store is 8181 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge La.
