  1. Phone broke and could not figure out how to transfer data. Went into the store and Jacob was absolutely AMAZING..he was professional, patient and very thorough with helping me. I left feeling satisfied and comfortable with his work..he is very knowledgeable with his job. Thank you Jacob..you’re the best.

  2. I recently went to this store and met the staff. I’d like to say that everyone is extremely friendly! Jacob is like a guy with a beard but the beard is big so it needs brushing but not really since the look does make it look fuller, I wouldn’t know, I don’t have a beard but it’s very nice. Also sometimes he wears glasses all the time so that’s pretty cool. Visually impaired representation. That’s something I can get behind! But not Jacob. I don’t want to get behind him. I mean, i’m not…well you see it’s complicated, I…Ok so next thing. Kaitlyn exists, I like the fact that she exists, pretty cool. I really thought to myself, “Hi Ashley! Ashley? Jane. Maria? jaaaanet JANET YES! No? OH I KNOW KAITLYN YUP THATS IT!” Either way, great name. And service is pretty good too. But you know what the best part about this store is? It’s Cu-CALEB…it’s CALEB! What a guy! I love the way he looks, smells, tastes, touches, and sounds. In only 5 minutes I-HE HE already knew everything about me! I felt so at wor-HOME! I felt at home when being served by him. Give this man a raise! What a guy!!! Oh yeah, and Micheal Yezek is ok too. His Rep work could use some improvement but hey, we all gotta start somewhere. I’m not implying that by “we” I am included in that “we.” I neither confirm nor deny that I am anything above customer status at ANY store. I know my rights.

    After purchasing a new IPhone, I later reviewed my bill. The reps here didn’t tell me there was a charge for setting up my new phone. Also, they didn’t tell me they we putting “add ons” on my account – like cloud storage. I had to go in and turn them all off before Verizon started changing me for things I never asked for. Not happy with this lack of tranparency at this place. Avoid.

    I purchased an iPhone for this store. I was later notified via email that I was signed up for Asurion phone insurance at $17 a month! I never signed up for this and was never asked about it. Now I have waste time trying to figure out who to contact to have it cancelled. Ridiculous.

    Once again, Verizon disappoints. I was given a list of Verizon locations from the Verizon representative where we could drop off our old equipment – cable box and internet box – as usual, the store did not allow the drop off.

    Worse company ever, they can’t do anything besides tell you call a number for help. Insurance or protection is useless. The customer service numbers are useless and employees don’t do anything but tell you to call a number. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!

    Place was nice. The people were helpful. I was greater when I walked in the door. However, i did an online pick up order. My order was supposed to be ready in 2 hrs. The store never notified me my order was ready. There is no number I or Verizon could find to speak to someone there at the store. I ended up just having to go to the store and my items where in a bag awaiting pickup.

    Verizon is my provider and has been for many years. Visited Verizon for a much needed upgrade. It was after five at night and rather full. We all hung out in a makeshift line whispering to each other about how to check it. A very busy Verizon employee was able to check us all in. I feel that with just a few tweaks (back to that check in computer) may be very helpful or allow us to schedule an appointment. Once it was our turn the Verizon employee was very helpful and my new device is in the mail to me.

    I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad, but I feel compelled to leave this one. Recently, I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my phone and get a gizmo watch for my daughter. The service representative that served me was completely inattentive and unconcerned when helping me. In fact, he was annoyed I was there. He could not wait to leave his shift; he kept looking at his watch and talking with his fellow employees about getting off of work. I could go into detail about the awful customer service experience, but it would take a while to type. Just every aspect about the experience was frustrating. I left with a new phone, with zero explanation of my new bill, zero explanation of the new plan I’m on, and a gizmo watch that doesn’t work, because he never bothered to open the box up to check it for operation. Every question I asked just annoyed him. I wanted to leave as bad as he did. If you are a Verizon customer, or thinking about becoming one, avoid this store. His manager was standing right next to him most of the time, and he would occasionally step in to answer questions but even he was more concerned about closing time and who was going to be opening the store the next day. Absolutely unprofessional demeanor throughout the entire staff. The regional manager or whatever superior is above this store needs to spend a lot more time there, it is a mess. I will never go to that store again. Im so disgusted by the whole thing that I may switch carriers as soon as it makes sense to do so.

    Really poor customer service. They are quick to take your money if you want to upgrade but if you need help forget it. You have better luck with a magic 8 ball. ***3/8/23 – Got my refurbished phone and it is also broken which forces me to go back to the store to go through the same process all over again.

    Be very careful if you go in to upgrade phones. They gave me 2 watches I didn’t ask for that they said “come with the phone.” 3 months later I was charged 600 dollars. The manager at the store said she couldn’t refund it because I “bought” them more than 30 days ago. Absolutely criminal

    My experience with the employees at this store were great. One of the employees stayed on the phone with Verizon pay as you go trying to get an old phone I had unlocked for what I know had to be at least 2 hours. Although he was as unsuccessful as I was with these people my experience was a good one. They tried to be helpful. It wasn’t their fault that the people on the other end of the phone were ignorant. They were not able to unlock my phone unfortunately.
