  1. Only gave one star, seeing that’s the only way to leave a review. Definitely disappointed with staff and management at this site. This particular store offered a promotion without explaining details even when posed with questions about the promotion, to insure I was getting the best deal. Was told I would get $800 off if trade in was complete for IPhone 14 pro max, even with owing a certain amount for previous phone. Was also told monthly payment would go down after getting the IPhone 14 pro max which is the only reason I agreed to the terms. After months of waiting for credits to be applied and receiving confirmation that they should be applied, I was told after purchasing that the credits which was less than $300 would only be applied to paying off the older phone. After speaking with Verizon Customer Service, I was told to contact store manager because the store was responsible for giving false information. With first contact with the store management, her response to the situation was, “well it’s your fault you didn’t understand.” After I explained questions where asked to the sales associate to make sure there was an understanding, and I was getting the best possible deal. Management was very argumentative, and tried to provoke a negative response. This was truly horrible customer service, and Management needs to take responsibility for Sales associates and make sure they understand that a sale is only good when it’s in good standing for the customer. Will never visit a Verizon store again. Strictly online with paper trail from now on.

  2. I recently stopped by to learn about Verizon’s new 5G plans and I was helped by an associate named Moe. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the plans and broke down the exact costs and benefits of each plan and helped me upgrade my plan to the one that fit our family’s needs. I highly recommend asking for Moe if you stop by, he’s awesome.

    Great service! Both Verizon wireless and in store. I think this location gets busy but they are very sufficient in customer service. I also like the new remodel. No restroom at all. I still like this location because they have all Verizon’s newest promos and devices!! Thank you for my yellow iPhone. It was also a hard transition because I have 6 phone lines. Super frustrating yet they handled and got me out with in an hour.

  4. Poorly staffed. No incentive by staff to assist. No stock of desired phone. Only higher priced phones sold on bill. Not able to just buy a phone. Not satisfied at all.

  5. Thank you to Emily! She was very helpful and kind. She was able to get my replacement device to work and have service! I truly appreciate your kindness and great customer service. I went on Saturday and surprisingly I did not have to wait long to be helped. Thank you again!

    Try to go in there today and, I understand you’re short staffed or whatever. But at least acknowledge that a customer is there and tell them be with you shorty. Instead of looking you up and down like ur gonna steal something from out of there.

    Wow… talk about an awesome fist experience! This is the store by Wing Stop. First, let me start by saying this store has awesome customer service! Ashley, Farrah, and Priscilla were amazing! They were all super friendly and accommodating to our needs. We just left another phone company only to realize we have been missing out. Verizon is the way to go! *Ashley is wonderful. She went over & beyond!! I’m so grateful. *Farrah is the district manager, and let me tell you, I can see why they picked her. She’s awesome! *Priscilla was super helpful from the moment we walked in and made sure we got what we needed. *New girl (i think her name starts with A) she was very nice too. I watched all the ladies in the store be accommodating to all the customers that would come in. They are super friendly! More importantly, they are super patient and are so committed to really helping you out. That’s very rare to find these days, more so in the high desert. Thank you, ladies, for making our 1st experience a happy one.

    The people at this store out right lied to me, and opened a phone line on my account with out telling for a Galaxy Watch. They told me it was going to be 6 dollars extra through their financing. However, when the first bill came it was nearly 90 dollars extra because of the new line. You do not get to view the receipt until you have already paid, but it doesn’t matter because they are unclear and they do not explain to you what you are being charged for. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a bunch of time, annoyance, and money… and go to another store.

    About a year a go we went into replace a broken phone. We were told we were due for an upgrade. Ashley the sales lady said we could ge a free tablet on a second number we had. A few months later we realized the “free tablet” was not free. Our account had been getting charged for it.Upon contacting Verizon and Vectra we were promised we would be credited back the money we paid. A year later, no credit has been issued. Horrible service stay away. Go to a Verizon store instead of an “authorized Verizon store ” save your selves the headache.
