  1. Went looking for a dress for my daughter’s first dance. Was able to get two for less than I expected to pay for one. Also had a great selection of dress shoes and boots for relatively inexpensive. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful.

  2. I love Ross’s on Clinton highway they have great brands at wonderful prices and the girl at the register I believe her name is Regina is super sweet and super helpful,so thank you Ross’s for hiring people like her and for having the brands and prices that you do!!

  3. wish i got the womans name but the elder short lady with red hair in the dressing room needs to check herself. very rude and judgmental. i went to the fitting rooms to try on dresses and i asked the woman politely if it would be okay for my boyfriend to come into the dressing room with me and she said no. (completely understandable) but when i told her i would just try them on by myself she followed me and told me to just walk out of the fitting rooms and show him my outfit. mind you i have terrible social anxiety and i was already very anxious before this encounter because i hate public spaces. i told her “im not about to do a runway show for everyone in here.” i got very flustered because im sorry but its very rude to just follow me back there and insist i just walk out there in clothes that potentially wont fit me and because i dont want people around staring at me. when i walked back into the dressing room, (from what my boyfriend has told me) she walked out and started talking about how i didnt want to walk out there to ANOTHER customer and basically shaming me because im too shy to just let everyone in the world see me in clothes im trying on. the customer then kind of stood up for me and just said to her, “i dont blame her i felt the same way when i was her age about having an audience.” and the employee replied with “well i didnt because i had a good looking body.” im sorry but that is extremely unprofessional to say and how are you going to judge an 18 year old girl especially at your age. she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. terrible experience and terrible employee. probably wont ever be back at this ross

    Two things: it has been a while since I have shopped here and the clothing selection is awful. Went to check out..one person is ringing, four others socializing. Waited in line for 10 minutes, dropped my one item and left.

    I can never find anything in this store. Nor can I find any good deals. I very seldom go here. It’s just not worth the time or effort. In my opinion it’s not a great place to shop.

    Had a sign in store saying hiring immediately, talk to a manager today for interview. My son put in app already signed the paper for interview. Ask to talk to manager and lady said to put a application in. I told her we already did and the sign says interview ,manager said to put in again and wouldn’t come from back. What a incompetent Manger. Mabe that’s why no one works for ya ,

    Always love this place. Great stuff with beautiful prices. Housewares, decor, linens, toy, pet and art supplies are in the back and can be easily missed, but take a look , you will be surprised!
