What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. My favorite Store ever .. I just buy all my stuff there … from time to time you get some great promotions and price quality is great .. the guys in working are so cool , always helping … I recommend it

  2. I love shopping at this Nike store! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of products. The store is clean and well-organized, and the prices are very reasonable. I appreciate the attention to detail in the displays and the overall shopping experience. Highly recommend!

  3. The general manager Adriana needs to be more customer service oriented and Surelys the cashier was cery sarcastic and both have very weak customer service and need to learn the policies at the stores and how to treat customers at the store.

  4. Great outlet store with a large selection of your favorite Nike footwear, sporting gear, and accessories at the best value for men, women, and kids. If you are a savvy shopper and are looking for great deals you’re going to love shopping here.

For additional savings make sure to see if they offer the same item on their website. They may be able to honor the price, most stores do! The sales associates are usually helpful. Make sure you have your receipt available if you need to make a return. Highly recommend!

  5. Awesome nike store in a great location in South Beach. Mulitple floors with all the newest inventory. So after some drink at yard house across the street, spend some money on some sneakers and athletic wear to keep you comfortable while you shop along all the other shops in the area.

No trip to the famous Lincoln Road shopping district in South Beach would be complete without a trip to the super cool Nike Miami store, on entering we already had a good idea of the trainers (sneakers) that we were looking to purchase. We went over to a kiosk next to the checkout where a group of young Nike employees were standing engrossed in conversation.

When we made the fateful mistake to ask one of them for assistance it was as if we had shut down there Instagram account and taken away their PS5 all in one ruthless swipe. The service received from the young female customer service assistant was nothing less than shocking, immediately instigating a complaint to the manager Jordan.

Fortunately, we went upstairs to see the men’s selection of products and in extreme contrast was met by the super laid back and professional Thomas who is to Nike, South Beach what Messi is to Inter Miami a sales legend. Nothing was too much effort for Thomas who proceeded to get several pairs of trainers for my partners tiny feet and do the conversion from US female and male sizes to UK sizes all whilst remaining polite, engaging, professional and super cool.

Whatever Thomas is on this guy needs a pay rise absolutely first-class service and a real ambassador to Nike Worldwide brand totally Intune with its customer base and having great product knowledge, thank you for your great service, Thomas and we look forward to visiting you and your store when we are next in South Beach.

While I was hesitant to go to the Nike Store and look for my basic/classic dream shoe that I can’t find anywhere, I went in (on my birthday week I might add). To my surprise, I had the absolute best customer care experience with James. What a delight. It’s so refreshing to see a person who still values customer care. He looked everywhere for the Panda’s, in the kids section, in the boys section, and even went to the back. I had time, I didn’t care, I would wait forever if it meant owning the pair of shoes I always wanted. James came out undefeated, holding on to my size panadas. Jordan was the manager, who was holding on to us in line. He was very cordial as well, happy we were happy.

P.S There was another representative, who was foreign who didn’t really look interested to help, and you could sense the difference in personalities with James.

Any who, with James and Jordan it was overall, just a great experience.

I was at the Nike Miami Beach store monday evening (9/11/23), I went to the fitting room to try on some clothes and the female attendant there was extremely rude, I asked her for a different size but she was too busy looking at herself in the mirror and didn’t even bother to look at me and she said very rudely “everything is on the floor”. I have shopped here for years and I never had such a terrible experience as this one! I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service. On my way out I asked another sales associate what was her name and I was told “Gabriela”. I intentionally left all my items behind which could have been a $500 purchase because she killed my entire shopping experience! If you continue to hire people like this, expect your store to lose dedicated shoppers.

called about 40 mins before arriving, as i live 40 minutes away, and the call lasted about 15 minutes. i called to see if they had a certain jersey in stock, and most of the 15 minutes consisted of me on hold being passed between different employees. they eventually check and find the jersey (in my size) in stock, but it was high in demand. so they tell me they will hold it for me until i arrive, and i then drive the 40 minutes to arrive and see they had sold it, having nothing on hold for me. service was very poor as no one really wanted to help me or check, until i had to wait the front line to then receive help. after waiting about 20 minutes, they tell me they didn’t have the jersey on hold or in stock. awful experience.

I was completely satisfied with my visit to DICK’S sporting goods. I went there to buy a school backpack for my son, I left the shop with many purchases. The store is wide and features many shopping options for each sports activity. The prices were very interesting ( great deals) and the staff helpful and kind.

When choosing a Nike shoe for running or working out, it’s important to consider your specific needs, foot type, and activity level. Trying on different models and consulting with experts at a specialty running or athletic store can help you find the most comfortable shoe for your individual needs.
