Even with the tag, receipt, and card I paid with she refused to process my return. Because the product was purchased at a different store she suggested I do the return there. Thankfully I didn’t listen to her and called a supervisor who was much more helpful and was able to process my return. Turns out all the manager had to do was check the tag of the same product at the store. This was 1 week before Christmas and extremely busy. I was helping a friend find a pair of jeans. That was successful. I picked up a couple of things for Christmas like a wreath storage case. I was pleased to have a successful shopping trip. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. The prices and selections were great. Good experience.
The store has a fantastic selection of goods. Cashiers are friendly. But management there is wrong. I saw how employees are mistreated. How can unprofessional people have such a important role? Employees should be treated with respect, compassion, fairness. Screaming, bossing people around does not make you a great leader. I could not see the manager’s name but she is blonde, with glasses. I hope my message reach a higher authority in this company. Shameless !
This store its my first stop when having a day for myself.
They have really good quality products as well as good brands for discounted prices(specially on tuesdays)
I love going here to buy eyeshadow pallettes and soaps.
They have an extensive jewelry section as well as hair care products.
I am positive you won’t walk empty handed.
Haven’t been here in several years. Huge selection of merchandise, ever changing. Employees can’t keep up with it, so today there were numerous large boxes throughout store. BUT employees were unpacking and restocking. Employees very nice and welcoming. Store very clean. Parking quite tight. Store very busy…. But that’s a good thing. Prices very reasonable. Good selection of merchandise. So happy to see business is good!
Woman at the watch counter has the laziest worst attitude of anyone there. It was a complete inconvenience to her to wait on me. Long line at checkout. Two women working hard. The two guys chatted and didn’t take customers. Took forever to checkout. Sad. Management again…clearly nonexistent
