- Reviews:Mikael was exceptional in his knowledge and help in my quest to trade in/upgrade a phone. Had complete confidence throughout our interaction and I greatly appreciated all of his help. Loved that he transferred my data for me to ensure it was done correctly. Good selection of accessories in stock and the Verizon plan is very affordable. Great location, bright, clean and it happily had enough staff to cover this busy weekend crowd. Overall, a great experience to match the awesome new phone!By Lynnann AKA Grandma (a month ago)I HAD to get a new iPhone as mine stopped working properly. ( I had an 8.) I didn’t want a new phone as I don’t like change and being older, find technology challenging at times. Hernan was extremely friendly, patient and understanding with me as we went through the process. I had something unusual happen to my Apple account (which he found strange too) and he continued to work through it to figure it out so I didn’t leave with frustration and additional challenges. I was probably in the store for close to 3 hours, but I left with a phone that I understood how to use and could access my email and work apps without difficulty!!! I was and am extremely grateful!! And impressed with his patience and kindness through my entire visit there. 5+ stars!! Thank you Verizon, thank you Hernan!By Joan Kinney (2 months ago)I stopped at Verizon to get some help downloading some pictures from my old phone to my new Google pixel XL phone. The guy working Andrew, was so nice, he took the time to show me how to transfer my pictures. We loaded an app on my Google phone and set my old phone next to my new phone and Wow the pictures transferred automatically. I was so happy I left with a big smile on my face. Highly recommendBy Steve (3 years ago)What a nightmare and waste of time. I NEVER post reviews, but I definitely needed to share my experience with you. I couldn’t get a straight answer about an upgrade, a new phone, service, billing, discounts…. Absolutely nothing. In fact, I was told to call customer service for everything. So why do you even have a store if I have to do everything on line and by myself anyway?!?! The whole experience was lame and I may be getting rid of Verizon altogether as a result. I have been a customer for at least 25 years (back in the LA Cellular says). Whatta joke.By Joy Schnapper (5 months ago)Mikael, Hernan and Adam did a great job helping me out in store and on the phone despite being very busy. Mikael went above and beyond with setting up my phones in store. Hernan helped me out with troubles over the phone. On the next visit into the store, Adam helped me with my watches. Overall, these guys were great!By Robert Quon (5 months ago)

- Reviews:Christopher was welcoming, he was on point and knew what he was talking about. He explained everything in great detail, and You can tell that he really likes his job! Thanks again Christopher it was nice meeting you!! I will recommend this Verizon store to my family and friends.By Melinda Schroeder (in the last week)I had a great experience coming to this Verizon store. They were having issues with their computers but still helped me activate my phone. The Verizon Rep Chris was friendly and professional. He knew exactly what to do and made my phone work in a little time. Chris was a great help, and the Verizon store is lucky to have him. Thank you!By Al Betancourt (2 months ago)The employees at this store were so helpful and knowledgeable and it was such a great experience. The helped us troubleshoot an issue with one of our phones, upgrade my device and add 2 new lines to our account as well as help us find and install all accessories for our phones. They worked as a team and did their best to get us out of there as quickly as possible. Great location and great guys!By Jannette Atafua (3 months ago)Chris helped me today to trade in my old apple phone for a new one. He transferred all my stuff quick and easy. Recommend going to him at this store for help!By natalia Lustig (2 months ago)Chris was exceptional. Personalized experience, saved me money on a new phone and accessories and made the switch from current to future phone while I shopped in the mall. After making my selections he told me when to come back and had my new phone configured, screen saver on and ready to pay and walk out the door with all data transfered. Thanks Chris!By Melissa Roellich (2 months ago)

My son and I showed up at noon on a Wednesday to get screen protectors on our phones (iPhone 13 pro max & iPhone XS Max) We were told we were 8th in line via text message. I was informed a few minutes later they didn’t have a screen protector for the iPhone XS Max. I told them that was ok and I would get it elsewhere but still wanted to get one for the 13. My son and I sat there for about 20 minutes without any help while Verizon employees helped others after us and some stood around talking with their coworkers. The worst experience I’ve had in a phone store
This branch is the worst Verizon branch I have seen in the past 11 years of being a customer. Not even the staff and managers offer no help, they ask for extra charges of $30 for anty simple 2-minutes screen protector installation. I think they don’t understand what they are doing but I have never ever seen or confronted people that selfish in any Verizon branch. Sorry for those who go to that branch for getting services. I will never step into Alicia branch again.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a service provider. Simply went in to upgrade my phone. Was told I’d save more with a business account; this change has caused nothing but problems. Had no idea this would mean I would lose access to 5+ years of personal line information and billing; that 2 additional lines were added for absolutely no purpose; that the “free” watch was actually no watch; and worst of all, that the new phone would cost net $0 since I would be turning in my old phone. I now have been charged $999 for the phone; have spent hours with Verizon toll free numbers getting all devices switched to this account, which by the way a month later still has not been achieved.
Huge mistake on my part for falling for this “deal” – but absolutely do not listen to them about “the deal for you” Or “really easily we can knock down your bill.” I did not go in asking for a new account or anything, just an upgraded phone; their tactics are similar to the Wells Fargo scam to sell more to customers for the benefit of agents. I am now paying more and there is no explanation. The agent and supervisor in store do not respond to anything; and the help line people say they can’t fully help because each store can do their own thing.
It’s a terrible business practice of Verizon, but this store in particular can not be trusted whatsoever.
I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years. I always purchase my phones online or at Costco. This past October, I had to buy two new iPhone 14 purple for my daughter from the store (from Costco would have taken three weeks to get that color) early birthday gift. One of my daughters was having major surgery. I paid for the phone with my credit card. In my December bill, Verizon added $1200 to my account! It took me two months and going to the store three times and being on the phone with Verizon for more than 6 hours. They also disconnect my service for a day, and I have six lines on my account. In the end, they said
sorry! The worse experience ever. Also, they don’t give any upper management to contact !
I set an appointment for 2pm Sunday. I checked in at 2pm but I had to wait for ~50 minutes as none of the representatives were available. If I knew they were busy (why website shows 2pm is available?), I would have had scheduled with a different store. I don’t think I am the only one had to wait. Even though the rep who helped me apologized for the wait, I still think they can improve their service quality by taking fewer customers or set appropriate customer expectations (provide estimated wait time).
