I took a look for clothes on the sale, I liked pants but the price on the discount was a bit too high $140, and I wonder what was the original price, I took off sticker with the price, and guess what … I was shocked the price was $140 too lol Please look out about the price! When I went to talk to manager about my confusion, she said the price is correct because this pair of pants only one, I asked her why it’s no different on the prices original and discount she just walked away lol Booooo for this manager I wish I asked her name first! You really get the best at a low price. No one can beet these prices in Hendersonville or Asheville. I will say get there early because the shoes get gone quick. Once the line got to about 20 customers, 1 of the employees moved the line so it went towards the back of the store. The third employee stood there and didn’t open another register until the line reached the shoes section (about 30-40 customers). It was one of those moments where as a customer you just assume the other registers are down but when she finally opened it I was just dumbfounded by the lack of customer service experience. The employees were very helpful. To be an outlet store, I would have hope that they had more items in stock. But then again it’s a very busy store. Little upset the first day we were in there, the cashier never offered assistance to sign up for the Nike program. But the second time, the cashier was very helpful and helped me save money.
Decent price on some pairs, others seemed kind of high. Bought some here, then found better deals (BOGO) at the rack room around the corner. The staff was very friendly. Over half the store is setup for non-shoe items like socks and apparel. So, there’s less room for show variety 🙁
We love this store. It’s alway a busy mess, but staff has been helpful every time. I am an undiagnosed sneaker fan… so finding great prices on shoes with the addition 20% off is nice!
