  1. I walked into the store and was looking for socks. The lady showed me quickly, even though she had a customer and I quickly went and grabbed my socks. I was helped to check out by a very pleasant young lady who did not mind teaching me a new Spanish word. Less than 5 minutes! I will come back.

  2. This is the most dysfunctional store. They matketed down multiple items and when you get to the register they say they are wrong. They dont honor their mistakes. Gloria the manager is very rude and disrespectful. She made a comment saying how do I NOTKNOW YOU PEOPLE didnt do that. Wow horrible.

  3. Came in to find 1item but as usual, found many more. The main thing that I came to purchase had no price sticker and there were no others. I found an associate who left her task, got the number, and brought it to the checkout for me. She was extremely friendly and professional as was the associate who checked me out. Great job!

  4. My experience today was just the icing on the cake. I really never have an over the top experience here but today was absolutely disappointing. The male cashier that assisted me was all over the place, walking and talking to the associate next to him, taking long breaks in between scanning to chat with the other associate two registers over and considering I only had 6 items this was astonishing. I proceed home and find the sharp security pin sticking though one of the shirts, of which I found by stabbing my finger. This was one of my worse experiences and although I live close to this location, I will not be coming back.

  5. Good place to find quality items for less. They have furniture, pet items, gourmet foods, decorations, toiletries, shampoos, conditioners. Name brand items at way below prices. Why pay top dollar when you can get the same high end item for much less?
    Never the same things on a daily basis so if you see something you like, grab it as it may not be there next time you shop.

    Overall a nice place and I have shopped here for years. They have a good selection of women’s clothing and accessories, but pretty lackluster in the men’s department. They’re cooking and home decor section always have fun things in it as well.

    I went to Ross tonight. The store was a disaster, there wasn’t an employee in sight to help with the jewelry or make-up that is locked up. I then waited in line for 35 minutes to pay!!! Then I went to T.J.Maxx. The store was clean, organized and the employees were above and beyond amazing! The store manager was so helpful and patient showing me jewelry. When I was walking around trying to find the sweaters an employee asked if she could help, then looked through racks to help me find one like I needed. When I had filled up my basket and was trying to balance things on top, a sweet girl (I think her name was Alejandra) offered to take some of the bigger items up front for me!! They bagged my things so carefully and even helped me out to the car!! This is the best customer service I’ve had EVER! So, you could shop at Ross and dig through a mess and feel like an inconvenience after you’ve waited forever to pay or for the same prices you can get higher quality clothes and be treated like they’re glad that you’re there. Thank you to all of the people at T.J. Maxx tonight. You made finishing my Christmas shopping awesome.
