  1. The store is very clean and neat. Lots of selection and great prices. They have around 8 cash registers but no one to run them. Lines feel like they take eternity, so we decided to leave our items at the holding desk. We were told if we left our items they could be picked up within 24 hours, only to get there 8 hours later and find out all of our items were placed back on the shelves. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to people with Anxieties unfortunately. Not until they hire more staff.

  2. Always have a pretty good selection. Staff is friendly. The store always looks pretty clean and organized! This is our go-to Ross when we do go shopping there.

  3. Love the area during the spring and summer(early hours). Wide selection and near my other favorite shops. My favorite Ross is still off Main Street.

  4. Cheryl in the fitting room was absolutely rude to my husband. He had only one item and she asked him to hang his items. He doesn’t speak English so she rudely told him again, “HANG. UP. THE. ITEM. SO I. CAN. COUNT. IT”. I translated but did not tell her anything to avoid causing a scene. She needs additional education in customer service. Will not be coming here again.

  5. I’ve been to two Ross locations over past couple of years and neither impressed me. They’d have several of same item, all with same sticker price, but not many choices.
    In middle of Pandemic, Ross on First & Main had the nerve to charge $7.99 for a Method hand soap, that Home Depot carries for $1.99. That doesn’t evoke hope you’ll get a deal.

    I visited this location just weeks ago, middle of week. Store is very dated with lighting that gives off K-Mart vibes. I didn’t try to find their cosmetics section, because first impression: store is “empty”. They have customers, but felt like you could see everything they had as soon as you entered.
    Cosmetics had been pretty much non-existent at store up north charging $8 for soap, and in this location the rows of clothing are so spread out that it looks like a store going out of business. The lighting doesn’t help.
    Store appears to have a fraction of what it can and should hold. Walls are bare, displays barely have anything on them. Store could easily increase amount of racks if they had the inventory.
    Some sections have little to no clothing at all, and it isn’t doing a new planogram. There simply isn’t enough clothing. Seeing sections with six or seven lonely shirts in size Medium is not unusual. Low inventory doesn’t give much hope to variety or chance of finding a good buy.

    It’s an underwhelming store. I normally do not rate places so low, and 3 stars is being generous, but there’s nothing special about this place.

    For our city, to “go hunting”, you will be better off going to Marshall’s, T.J. Maxx or Burlington.

    If there were negative stars I would put them! Is was absolutely disgusting. What a mess. The pictures dont do it justice of how dirty this place was. The staff were literally stepping over the piles of atuff on the floor. I am NOT exaggerating when I say it looked like a hurricane went through the building. Very sad shopping experience. People were walking in and turning around to walk back out. Management should take care of this.

    As someone who worked at this location I know how hard the staff at this location works to make sure all the product makes it to the floor in a timely manner and also strive to give the best customer service possible, at all times. This has been the best and most fun job that I have had in the last 10 years, so I am very sad that I have to leave. But I know that this store will continue to improve and become the best Ross location in all of Colorado Springs. So if you are looking for a job/career in retail this is the spot, and if you are looking for great prices and an amazing shopping experience the door open at 9 am.

    Super awesome store. Great products and great prices. You can find clothing, shoes, home decor, luggage’s, kitchen supplies, and the list go on. The staff is pretty nice as well. I have always had a great experience.

    Love the prices, usually a hit or miss on whether I’ll find what I’m looking for the only odd thing was that you had to go through a line to get to the self check out so it didn’t make much sense to have a self checkout.

    This store is pretty organized and clean. They also just got self checkout if you are using card as payment. There is an attendant there to take off security tags.
