  A wide variety of shops to explore, and maintained well. The only thing holding this back from a 5-star review is the random homeless person you might run into here. Not nearly as bad as Barrie, however.

  Downtown Midland is an awesome place to go if you want to get a nice lunch. See some beautiful art around every corner. The bakery!! So many different sights.. Enjoy a slice down by the downtown dock. !

  Great place to get away too and spend a day or two. We were there for a day and had a fabulous time walking and driving around the town. We also saw the beautiful murals and met Sonia who revived two of the murals. She was happy to take a photo with me and also with some other ladies who were also visiting Midland. Sonia was very friendly and was happy to tell us about the history of Midland.

  The shops in town are awesome with lots of variety. We usually take the 15-20 minute drive in to stroll around the shops. And, we always find something to take home. 🙂 Awesome.

  My co-worker and I took 3 people who all have varying degrees of mental/physical disabilities on this cruise today… if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ve done this cruise twice before, but never under these circumstances and the entire crew, even before we boarded, treated all of us with respect and dignity. They offered to help get us and our wheelchair loaded on the boat and situated comfortably. They offered to help us navigate the boat, should we want to move spots, and they showed more than just patience to all of us, equally. They were kind, they were thoughtful and they were understanding. They never made us feel like burdens or unwanted and treated every single one of us as equals, regardless of our differing needs and abilities.

  Not only is the cruise beautiful, the scenery can do that for itself, but what made this outing memorable and special for all of us was the crew. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts.

  We had a lovely time on the Georgian Spirit Cruises. We took the 11am – 1:30 pm and it was great and sufficient, we enjoyed the scenery and lunch on board. I believe the fall cruises would be also a great opportunity to enjoy a fascinating view of colorful trees.

  If I could put zero stars I would put even less than that. Scammed us out of 5 tickets in September 2023, a total of $341. The “captain” Bill never showed up, and the refund for the cancelled cruise was never received, even after numerous phone calls and emails to their incompetent ticketing agent. Do yourself a favour and don’t get robbed by these scammers.

  We had a very enjoyable time on the dinner cruise. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The food was great, the Captain and crew were very professional yet friendly and fun. I would highly recommend this opportunity.
