  1. The place to go to for personal service. Everything from spot on paint matching to bird seed to basic hardware needs. Never had any problem finding someone to help as staff is knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help.

  2. The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. They have everything in there! Bought a ladder, light bulbs and Gertrude Hawk candy bars for a fundraiser. Also bought a cream cheese brownie cake from the women of Hogar Crea who had a table set up inside the store! Great to see that they help the community!! I will definitely check here for my needs before I step foot in a big box store.

  3. I just dealt with a very grumpy older man BOYD. Most old timers I’ve dealt with are glad to help and give suggestions at least when I go to the big box stores. I stopped here thinking they might have what I needed before going to Lowes.

    He said you don’t know what faucet brand you have and what you even want. I can’t help you.

  4. Great inventory stock on hand. Makes a very useful hardware store. I get alot of tools for my landscaping here as well. Fair prices. Friendly service. You won’t last but a few minutes before an employee is asking if you need help with anything

  5. This store is located in a very nice area! It’s also very clean and the prices are rather goof! I’ve compared a couple items to Amazon and at times this place beat theirs

    Been going here for years and will continue to do so. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they always seem to have what I need. Most recently I bought a new Weber grill from them and took them up on their free assembly and delivery promotion and they told me to expect it in about a week and a half and within 3 days of ordering the grill I got a call that it was ready and could be delivered same day. Expectations exceeded! Will continue to shop here and refer others to do the same.

    This store is amazing. They have the best screw/nut/washer section of any home improvement area, blows away Home Depot and Lowes. But more important than that, customer service is outstanding! They will approach you with a friendly smile, go out of their way to see if you have any questions, and give you their professional (and honest) guidance. These guys should run in-services for companies around the country on how to re-connect with clients because they get it and the rest of the world seems to have forgotten that! I feel lucky to have them around the area and I’ll gladly make my way in; I actually look forward to coming here! -Marc
