  I have had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with my case manager and attorney despite leaving MULTIPLE messages by text,‘phone, and email over the almost 2.5 WEEKS since my accident, resulting in undue stress and not being able to move forward with my required car repairs and medical treatment. The lack of timely communication in reply to my requests makes me feel that neither I nor my case is important to my assigned “team” and has me considering seeking representation with another firm. I am extremely upset and disappointed at this point in time,

  Worst experience. Played with and told to go to their referral/network of health providers. After 4 months of me going to these health providers and spend money with their referrals they dropped my case with no explanation. I was a pedestrian struck by a car with serveral witnesses. What a joke of a law firm. Definitely not for the people! They are there only for the big cases. Wish you nothing but the worst!

  Since opening my case I have been through untold numbers of case managers ans attorneys. Marie Webber is the case manager that cares about me. I have spoken to her MANY times. I have spoken to Peter Stanley 1 time. I have never spoken to an attorney. And the lack of continuity is astounding. I would probably not recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone that actually cares about being treated like a person. I have never felt like a number, until now. Then to find out your spine isn’t worth much, and the attorneys fees are 33.4%. Well… for what exactly? Its a bit much. I don’t think the treatment I have received from this firm warrants such a fee. And if you want that kind of money from your clients you all should meet us in person. Look in our pain filled eyes and shake our hands. Deal with us like people. Do Better.

  Although she’s very polite and very professional I had to chase down to talk and get answers. What good is leaving voicemails if they don’t get returned?

  Maybe it isn’t her fault maybe it’s the system and others above her.. maybe she’s over worked. I don’t think I can blame her I blame the office and or management for not offering enough help??

  But I don’t think I would chose Morgan and Morgan for a future case I didn’t and still don’t feel like I had the best “bulldog” backing me and I’m not talking about Carmen.

  I’m just not happy and not happy about the attorneys settlement offer he said he was going for. At this point it is what it is and I’ll never probably use MM again.

  The staff and attorneys at Kimmel & Silverman were so helpful and made the process of filing my claim with Volvo easier than I could have ever imagined. I was impressed with their professionalism and their prompt service. I received a generous offer from Volvo within less than 1 month after I reached out to the firm. The manufacturer pays the legal fees, so there really is no reason to hesitate. The process required no work from me once they had my auto’s paperwork. I hope I never have a problem with a vehicle again, but, if I do, I would call Kimmel & Silverman immediately!

  I saw their advertisement on the Internet and had been having trouble with my Chevrolet truck since I bought it. I never thought this would work but it ended up we won my case for a very nice settlement, more than I was expecting and it didn’t cost me a dime. The law firm handled my case professionally and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were out of my local area and that concerned me but it ended up that it didn’t matter. If you purchased a new or in my case used pre certified vehicle and repairs are not getting fixed like they should I would contact them and discuss it with them. They were very friendly and easy to work with.

  Kimmel & Silverman did an excellent job. My wife’s vehicle was purchased brand new off the lot and we had nothing but problems within the first few weeks.   It’s rare to be pleasantly surprised by a service today. I bought a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV brand new. It had an extra feature that I was charged for that was not functioning. After several attempts to have it fixed, with the most recent attempt having the car sitting at the dealership for over two months with no fix, I started to look into options. I did a google search and Kimmel and Silverman was the first option that popped up. I filled out an online form with my details. Within an hour I had a phone call from Michael Sacks (Head of Communications and Client Services). He was super helpful and reassuring that I would likely have a case. From there, I cannot overstate how easy the process was. I filled out some forms and they took it from there. David Kang (Paralegal) took over the communication with me and he continued to be super helpful and informative. All I had to do was keep them up to date with the progress on my car and send them records as they were given to me. We stayed in touch as the case progressed. The whole process took about four months, but required very little from me. Bob Silverman called me with an initial offer from the car company. After speaking about it, he went back and got the offer doubled within a couple of days, which I accepted. I am honestly shocked at how simple and easy this process was for me. Highly recommend them.

  I purchased a brand new 2023 Chevy Colorado in May of 2023. This vehicle was an order direct from GM. When it arrived, it was fine, but then started having some issues. Not knowing what to do, but knowing a little bit about Lemon Law, I did some research and found Kimmel & Silverman (1-800 Lemon Law). I requested some information, and they contacted me. They laid out the law, how it would work, and even set up follow up dates, where they called me. Once we met the emon Law threshold, they started the next step, and they did all the work. I really didn’t have to do anything other than answer a few basic questions and keep them in the loop with what was going on with the truck. Their customer service was amazing, and their knowledge and ability with the law made me feel extremely comfortable trusting them with the process. At the end we got the first offer within the timetable they thought we would. They gave me their honest opinion and got us more money than originally offered. They didn’t even increase their fee when I got more money which again made, me extremely comfortable with their firm. I cannot stress enough that if you need any guidance regarding this, this is the firm that you NEED to use.
