  I spoke with attorney worgul initially and a couple times after I retained him and throughout the time I was waiting for my case to be heard. He assured me from the beginning that he could get charges dismissed. I had a different attorney ((partner) during my hearing. Attorney Sarna represented me. He was able to get the charges dismissed pending taking a class and paying a small amt of restitution. I was pleased that details of my dismissal were worked out before I even got there

  I agree with Michelle K. from about 3 months ago. Her review is very similar to what happened with my husband’s case. Another lawyer was sent instead of the original lawyer I spoke with and I get it, that is typical. But he was completely unfamiliar with our case when he arrived. We explained our situation and told him that we wanted to fight the charges and get it dropped in the prelim because the charges were ridiculous. All he did was go back and forth and try to get us to plea out. We had to reschedule the prelim twice because nobody was on the same page. Our lawyer did not TRY to help us and just wanted to get the hell out of there and I could see it on his face, in his words, and his overall demeanor. I felt robbed of $1500 for him to just act as an errand boy instead of a lawyer. So we contacted the main firm and were met with hostility and condescension when we questioned the lawyer’s qualifications and attention to our case. MOST OF ALL…trying to get an answer from this firm about anything took FOREVER. I should not have to make multiple phone calls to get an answer. It also seemed like our lawyer didn’t really even remember our case when we talked about it. It just really seemed like a waste. A waste of money and a waste of time. We ended up having to pay restitution, which was infuriating because we knew the “victim” aka – POS you know who you are – was a liar and we would not give in to his requests for more money. The lawyer was just a messenger boy. All I really want is a refund.

  Samir is the man. I was facing a gun charge and the DA was trying to give me a plea deal of 3-4 years of probation while also having the gun charge on my background forever and losing all gun rights on a first offense! But Samir told me to take it to TRIAL and I did and I couldn’t have been more happier. He was so professional kept me in touch with the case the whole time and made sure I was taken care of and always answered my calls. Not only was he there for me thru out the whole thing but because of him the judge found me NOT GUILTY on all charges!! Samir is your guy definitely refer everyone to him!!!

  Wasted $1500 on this firm. I thought Ness was going to be representing my fiance at his preliminary hearing.Another member of the firm showed up and pretty much sat there and did nothing to get any charges dismissed. As a matter of fact he didn’t even object to the 2 more charges that the DA added right then and there! And the DA sat and swayed the officer’s answer after the officer clearly stated that he did not feel that my fiance resisted arrest! Our lawyer just sat , said nothing and the 2 charges were added!The “victim” was at the prelim and changed his story from his original affidavit! Our lawyer probably at best asked him 5 questions! What a HUGE disappointment from a top 10 Pittsburgh law firm!! Eventually Ness contacted us and recommended my fiance to just take the plea. I said absolutely not! He will not plead guilty because he is innocent!! Then he said well, we can take his case for $12,000!!!!! No thank you!!! Why waste anymore money when your lawyer wants him to take a plea. Do not want a lawyer that doesn’t believe in my fiance!!!
