  I would give zero if it was an option. I had nothing but issues with this law firm. I did exceptionally better in my matter after I hired a different attorney from a different firm. I went through two here. I had to find out through emailing and calling relentlessly that the lawyer I hired had taken off for a month when I had court in 2 weeks. I should have been notified, but I wasn’t. I had to scramble just to retain another lawyer and it is very difficult to retain a lawyer for court in such a short period of time when they have to appear in court. I had to retain whatever lawyer was available. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place. They can talk a good game to get your business and throughout the matter but when it comes time to follow through they do not perform on the level they lead you to believe they would, then have all the excuses in the world as to why it couldn’t happen after the fact. Not sure how this place got 4.6 stars, I would assume it might be because 1 lawyer is holding up the whole firms reviews.

  If you care about your matter, do not take a chance on this firm. It is not worth the risk.

  Tammy with Verhaeghe Law was nothing short of amazing to work with through a pretty difficult situation I had. She listened to me and she kept me grounded. She advocated strongly for myself and my daughters and didn’t ever make me feel like she was against me. She kept me calm through the entire process and she answered any questions I had, no matter how silly they might have been. She checked in and still checks in with me and my daughters regularly. I strongly recommend Tammy to anyone who is looking or in need of some legal advice or help. Tammy will fight till the end for you and will work with you respectfully to get those goals met. She’s always approachable and she is a wealth of knowledge with the family court system to answer any questions you may find yourself asking.
