  Tracy listens well and worked with me to provide a fair separation agreement that both parties were content with. I was pleased with Tracy’s advice throughout the process and I continue to be pleased with the detail in the agreement. There were many aspects that I would not have thought of if I tried to write the separation agreement myself. I am also pleased with how smoothly she handled all the divorce documents.   I would recommend TLC Family law practices whoever is in need for family lawyer. Tracy and Shelley are very kind, they have helped me above and beyond. I had filed my divorce case from them and my ex-husband was out of country, they helped me navigate through that time and found the processor service provider in different country then Canada. It was long process but they very patience throughout the time and have answered to my emails and calls whenever I needed to talk.

  I retained Tracy Clark as my lawyer after my marriage breakup. She did an excellent job of drawing up separation papers and helped me to deal with a very difficult situation. She was very competent in dealing with legal matters but I also appreciated the compassion she showed. She stood up for me when I was unable to. She gave good advice and protected my interests. She listened to how I wanted to deal with the situation and offered sound advice on either the best way to proceed, or would suggest a better way.

  Her clerk treated me with kindness and respect. My emails and phone calls were answered in a timely fashion.

  I engaged Carolynne Burkholder-James to probate a will and also to deal with the legal aspects of two home sales. She was wonderful to work with. She took the time to ensure I understood the process every step of the way. I found her invoices for services to be more than fair. I will use her whenever I can and recommend her highly! Prior to hiring Carolynne, I had an extremely hard time trying to locate the original copy of a very old will. I was told it was Mr. Marcotte that eventually found it for me, when it wasn’t even his firm that drafted it. It was a few weeks of phone calls to law firms in search of it. I was extremely grateful!
