  Not the lawyers you want on your side. Took them 3 months to get me my income replacement. They also denied my request to change physiotherapy clinics even though It’s my decision and I’m hiring them, not the other way around. They are very unresponsive and not helpful. Takes them weeks to reply. Biggest mistake I made was signing with them. They are good for the average folk, they target the majority. But they don’t actually care for an individual’s best interests. It is better to hire a private lawyer or a smaller firm that caters more to the individual. Quality>quantity when it comes to a traumatic event like this. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would.
