2 weeks agoAndrew was the 3rd lawyer i retained to handle my divorce proceedings. The first two having proven to be not only untimely, but also completely inept.Andrew gave my case compassion, time and attention; and was a pleasantly courteous human being the entire time.
Afterwards, he handled my will and Powers of attorney, again, proving to be timely and courteous.
I can’t recommend his services enough. As a family court lawyer he will be as staunch an advocate as you could ever ask for, and will act not only on your behalf, but with integrity and honesty.
Andrew and Paula are a small, but effective team that can be trusted to deal with the legal matters that mean the most to you, your family.

He was prompt in responding to my all my questions, and is clearly knowledgeable with family law. Andrew also provided me with a document that explained the family law process, which was invaluable. Paula, his assistant guided me with filling of the all documents that were required. When my ex decided to file in Toronto, Andrew stood by me and kept me on as a client. I was very fortunate. Careless effort throughout and lack of respect shown. Treated the case as inconvenience, his arguments were thoughtless and didn’t make sense. His own briefing had the facts and he would misinterpret them and blame me for his lack of knowledge and understanding of the case. The weasel type and self serving.

5 months agoStopped into this location to get photos for my disabled son after reading some good reviews. I could not have asked for better, compassionate service. If you have need of child passport photos, disabled or not, this is the place in Kingston to go.4 months agoThis UPS store has gone nowhere but straight downhill. They lost a package of mine that was worth $1700.00. After 2.5 months, they found it but it was badly damaged. I was a fool to try to ship my items with them again. I shipped my package on August 31st. It was valued at $2250.00. It is now September 14th and my package is lost once again. Unbelievable. Not only this, the new owners overcharge for absolutely everything. When John and Martha were owners, I never had one issue throughout 7 years. I purchased one box from the UPS Store in Kingston, West end. They charged me almost $25.00 for it. The new owners are scam artists and that is me being polite. I would not recommend this business for anyones business or personal shipping needs.7 months agoVery good! The store does not have an accessible access at the front door but there maybe an accessible door elsewhere that I didn’t see. Service was great. People who helped me were very friendly.10 months agoSaad and his brother Humer are kind and helpful. They have a sense of humour too, which is refreshing!Saad helped me so much today to send a package to my sister. He was kind, professional and provided me quick service even when it got busy.

a year agoWorst costumer service ever. Had to give them one star so I could actually write this. This has happened twice now. Told there was a package there, called ups and told them I had to work but they sent the packages back anyway, no phone call nothing. Specifically came in today just for this. Don’t talk to me about “we are busy” “we can’t call everybody” those excuses don’t fly anymore…called the line and they have hung up on me twice now…it’s like they don’t want to talk to me ????????♀️ Shocking…
