  I’ve now used the Osborne Goddard Team on two occasions in purchasing and selling a home. When we first purchased, Graham Goddard spent months with us helping us find our perfect starter home. We also used Graham to sell the same home a few months back. In dealing with Graham, he was always punctual, respectful, and on top of everything. He spent countless hours dedicating time to open houses and arranging viewings. Even in a time when the housing market was down, Graham found ways to advertise and promote our house which resulted in just shy of 100 viewings. This number well exceeding that of most other houses for sale on our street.

  When we went to purchase however, we had the assistance of Alex Quesnel and Paige North. Given how far north we were moving, the two collectively worked together and were always very accommodating in getting us in to view houses up north even at a moments notice. The two dedicated countless hours to driving and spending days up north for viewings which showed us how dedicated they are to their clients.

  I cannot say enough good about these 3 individuals. They continuously showed their dedication to assisting us and we truthfully always felt that they had our best interest in mind. They were always just a phone call or text away and worked tirelessly to help us when we had such a short time frame to move.
