  Lawrence was my saving grace when buying my first home! He showed me at least 10 homes that I continuously shut down. He is patient with first time home buyers and the millions of questions that go along with that. He walked me through the process, what to expect, what I need to do. He does not pressure first time home buyers to put an offer on any house just to close a deal, but instead always told me that the one I want will come along eventually.   Moving to Thunder Bay from another province was overwhelming, but Lawrence made finding a home easy.
