  Very good support throughout this gigantic project (addition of floors and complete renovation of the ground floor). Very attentive to our family and design needs. Easy to access, very personalized design. We feel like it’s custom every time! We are 100% satisfied with the end result. However, the initial budget was not respected. We were only notified when it was overtaking and not before to prepare ourselves. Only point to improve.

  Very bad experience with Vision Renov. No expertise, no creativity. No tracking. Very disappointing experience. After almost $3,000 dollars invested, months of waiting, we still have no quote for the cost of the work. We have to send emails ourselves to find out about developments. We felt like we were forgotten. The staff is seriously lacking in qualifications. No relevant suggestions. We had to explain our needs several times. The owner is reassuring but nothing happens. We really feel like we’ve had our savings stolen.

  I do NOT recommend you do business with these people. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.

  Vision Renov told us it offered a turnkey solution, from design to work. They told us this repeatedly and dangled deadlines that they would not even come close to meeting.

  It is especially after the design phase that the situation gets worse. In mid-November, it’s our last design meeting, where we approve the plans and materials. The company informs us that we must now go to tender to confirm prices and the availability of subcontractors to do the work. We were initially told that we should have all the submissions in hand within 2-4 weeks.

  Mid January, no news, we have to relaunch. We are told quite coldly that when they have information to give us, they will give it to us. At the beginning of March, still without news, I wrote another email and a little later I called… no return to the email or the call.

  It was only almost 5 months after the last meeting that we received terse feedback: “I finally have the quotes… if you still want to do business with us…”

  Not only did we no longer want to do business with them, but in the meantime, another contractor who offered a real key in May had already accepted the mandate and the work began a little later.

  In the end, we estimate we lost almost 7 months and $6,000.

  Very very very disappointed to have done business with Vision Rénov. I advise people to stay very far away from this company. After carrying out the first steps with them (plans, choice of materials, etc.), they told us that our renovations (kitchen and 2 bathrooms) would be done at the end of August / beginning of September 2022. Having still not had news at the end of October 2022, my partner and I emailed them and received the following passive aggressive response: “We told you we would update you when we had news to give you.” So we waited… At the beginning of February, I wrote to them again. No answer. At the beginning of March, I tried to speak to the manager, but I was always asked to leave a message. No return calls. We were simply let down, without ANY explanation. I find this to be an incredible lack of professionalism and respect. We lost more than a year for our renovations because of this company. I tell you again: never do business with them!
