3 years agoMy experience with Cutler has been outstanding. As I am in the service industry myself, I have very high expectations when it comes to delivery of client services. At every step of our project, from the first phone call to the many in-person meetings we had, Cutler always impressed me with their level of professionalism, promptness, and effective communication. They truly take a collaborative approach when working with their clients, always asking for feedback to see how the client feels with their progress. Most importantly, whenever technical issues would arise, Cutler would inform me immediately and not only identify the root of the problem, but provide me with several innovative solutions. I worked specifically with Kathy Chang (one of Cutler’s architects) and Nathalie Koo (one of Cutler’s interior designers). I was so impressed with their quick ability to connect with us personally, understand our needs, and help bring our vision to life. Our childcare project had many difficult design challenges, especially with the numerous licensing regulations we were required to meet. It was only with Kathy and her team’s creativity and in-depth knowledge of the codes were we able to overcome our many hurdles. I was also impressed with how Jeff, the president of Cutler, would check in on us and offer his support throughout various aspects of our project. At every step of our project, Cutler demonstrated they really cared about my needs and I always felt they had my best interests at heart.
