  Walked In to look for Employment and the staff was so friendly and promptly helped me through the application process they were quick to get me in and out.   I’ve been to different agencies and I love the fact this agency are on top of finding a job for you. They see what you are comfortable with and what you’re looking for. An example; if you want a Monday-Friday job that pays $15/hr, they will make it happen. Superior Staffing does a phenomenal job communicating with you. I would highly recommend this staffing agency.

  I previously had the opportunity to stop by come in and fill out an application with the very pleasant friendly and helpful front office person. I was able to interview with a staffing agent who helped me to find the best fit for my experience . It was a fast process the very next day they found a good job fit that worked out for me .   I called about what time do they stop taking application and was told that they stop at 3. I came in around 2:45 and was told that the recruiters were in a meeting to come back the next day which I did. I came back around the same time and was told that they’re not seeing anymore people, I told the receptionist that I was told that y’all stop taking application at 3 it’s 2:45 why I can’t fill out a application I still have 15 minutes before 3. The receptionist went to talk to a recruiter and she told her No so I asked to speak to her and I got a chance to talk with her about why I wasn’t able to fill out an application and not to mention that I came here yesterday and was turned around which makes it my second time coming here. The lady said that they’re not seeing anymore peoples for today and if I want to fill out an application I need to come back. Well I didn’t go back because I felt like they need to say that they stop at 230 instead of 3 so they are going to get a 1 star from me and if I could give them a 0 I’ll would

  they will call you in for an interview but its not really to find out about your qualifications its some type of game they play. i got called in and this woman that might break her office chair just by sitting on it proceeded to say my name wrong then ask me if she pronounced it right. she also asked a grown healthy adult male if i can lift 50lbs. if any man or boy in high school cant lift 50lbs that person is developmentally disabled or physically disabled. i have seen a 4 year old toddler grab one of my 50lbs dumbbells and deadlift it off the ground with both hands so i have no clue why its even a point to ask if a grown man can lift 50lbs. i am 5’10 about 175lbs and based on what my girlfriend says and other ex girlfriends have said, i am broad shouldered and muscled around my upper back and shoulder area which comes from actual physical conditioning whether it be work related or recreational activities. this instance of asking someone like me if i can lift 50lbs is like age checking a person buying alcohol when the person clearly looks over 40. a PTAC weighs over 100lbs i lifted that by myself a bunch of times and i listed that as one of my previous work experiences. i know sedentary people that cant even do one pull-up will have no idea how to size someone up based on physical shape but to ask someone like me who clearly looks more physically fit than 90 percent of oklahomans is clearly a slight based on prejudice and discrimination. she even scoffed when i told her i can lift way more than 50lbs. mind you i am a guy that actually exercised in my life and trained physically so i am generally physically more confident than someone who avoided physical exercise like it is some sort of punishment like the general population of the south. my resume would have shown i wouldnt have problems working any job posted physically yet she asked this particular question. she also said my name in an odd manner as if there is some kind of prejudice. when she realized i have an american dialect and sound articulate she quickly changed her tone. i already know i am not getting a call back so heed this warning prospective job applicants, they call you in for an interview just to mess with you. they ask pointless questions and cant even read a resume as they would ask why am i no longer working at a iob that is clearly out of state as stated on resume. they also attempt to pay you much less than what is required for a person to make a living in this city. she also questioned why i have to look in my phone for my emergency contact number. she actually asked for my emergency contact number without hiring me which in itself is very odd. very odd interview all around. they make a copy of your drivers license and social security card as soon as you walk in but i guarantee most of these people wont even get a call back which is very odd and very distinctly something that happens only in oklahoma. most temp agencies in other states are there to put people to work. out of 5 temp agencies i went to only one of them had found me work and if you too end up with an odd short interview with no questions actually asked about your experience and qualifications then remember you read this review and realize this place is playing games. they collect all kinds of personal info without hiring you so think about that as well.
