I recently had the privilege of collaborating with Brittany and Jessica from Randstad on a project at Centennial College. Their professionalism and dedication to their work left a lasting impression on me.

The team’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence made the project a truly enjoyable experience. It was a pleasure to work alongside such dedicated professionals who not only met but exceeded expectations.

I wholeheartedly recommend Brittany, Jessica, and the entire team at Randstad for their exceptional service. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding work. I will gladly continue to collaborate with them and look forward to potential future endeavours.

I take it back. Randstad was able to fill me in because the temp who worked before me suddenly left. I should have taken that as a warning. —— Months of job searching with no end in sight came to a screeching halt with a call from Julie Roberts at Randstad. In less than a week I was placed in a role that is a perfect fit. Thanks again, Julie! You’re a lifesaver!

I had the luck to meet Julie Roberts from Randstad and she has done such an excellent job from preparing me for the interview, giving me confidence after interview, and eventually helping me to land my first job in Canada, at one of the largest insurance company here. Julie has a very loveable character and she brightens up my day whenever i talk to her.

I can’t thank her enough for her assistance and i definitely wish all job seekers out there the best of luck in your job search and remember not to be let down by what has happened – but to look forward since the best is yet to come!

I have noticed a multitude of reviews on Randstad’s Google page, each reflecting diverse experiences. However, I find myself uncertain about the exact procedure they follow. When I attempt to engage with them over the phone, they consistently emphasize an online approach, assuring me that job opportunities will be shared via email. Regrettably, my attempts to connect with prospective companies through this method often yield no responses. I have even walked into their office and was denied entry since “everything is online”. As I observe these varying reviews, I am left perplexed by the operational dynamics of Randstad and how their process truly functions.

Terrible service and the few recruiters with one of them is called manager reached out and collect personal information saying for submission, during the phone call they promised either way will provide feedbacks but eventually ghosting you even if after several following up emails, which is totally wasting times and efforts to customize profile/resume and having call especially no respect for the Candidates as it feels like they just like to collect information not really want to help you for job search at all. Stay away if you can

I had a great experience working with the Workbridge team. They helped me find a new job in no time. Paul and Matt were very professional and easy to liaise with. The best thing about them is they are very transparent in what they do. Paul made sure that he understood my expectations and experience clearly which made the whole process seamless. He was very responsive and always kept me in the loop. The follow-ups before and after the interviews were excellent. I would highly recommend Paul and Matt !!

All the reviews praise this company is the best of the best . If you look at the format of the reviews there’s a pattern of being scripted and being paid . Got contacted by telegram (don’t know why I didn’t even apply) and honestly you gotta be desperate to hire people to write good reviews.

I worked with Jobspring during my job search in Toronto and they are very professional in every aspects. It started with understanding the candidate and their job preferences. They never pushed me to take up any job rather helped me to find the right one. Especially Paige was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. She helped me get 3 interviews in 10 days which is unbelievable. I strongly recommend them for your next job search in Toronto.

Top Employment Agency Alternatives in Toronto

The Biggest Employment Agency in Canada

Toronto, being a bustling city with a diverse job market, offers numerous alternatives to traditional employment agencies for job seekers. Here are three of the top alternatives:

  • Job search websites: Online job search platforms have revolutionized the way people find employment. Websites like Indeed, Monster, and LinkedIn allow users to search for jobs based on their industry, skills, and location. These platforms also provide features like resume upload, application tracking, and job alerts, making it easier for job seekers to manage their job search. The advantage of using job search websites is that they offer a wide range of job opportunities across various industries, allowing individuals to explore multiple options.
  • Networking events and meetups: Networking events and meetups provide an excellent opportunity for job seekers to connect with professionals in their field of interest. Toronto has a vibrant networking scene, with various industry-specific events and gatherings happening regularly. Attending these events not only allows individuals to expand their professional connections but also enables them to learn about job openings and potential opportunities through word-of-mouth. Networking events can be particularly beneficial for individuals looking for positions in industries like technology, marketing, or finance.
  • Freelancing platforms: For those looking for flexible work arrangements or freelance opportunities, freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr can be excellent alternatives to traditional employment agencies. These platforms allow individuals to create profiles showcasing their skills and expertise, and then bid on or apply for freelance projects posted by clients. Freelancing platforms offer a wide range of job opportunities across various fields, such as writing, graphic design, programming, and marketing. They provide individuals with the freedom to choose their projects, set their rates, and work on their own terms.

These alternatives to traditional employment agencies offer job seekers a more self-driven approach to finding employment opportunities in Toronto. By leveraging online platforms, networking events, and freelancing platforms, individuals can explore a variety of job options, connect with industry professionals, and find work that aligns with their skills and interests.
