  The staff here is very unprofessional and rude. After dumping I realized my wallet was left at a job site. I entered the building in hopes to pay in cash. I was told the tills had been closed and they would not accept anything but credit. If I were not to pay they would call the cops on me. After I just tried to pay with cash…. Brittney then pulled out her attitude and demanded my vehicle ownership that I then got for her. I was told they open at 7 and if I didn’t call in my credit card they would contact police. I go there all the time, I’m a local. They then proceed then to call and Threaten an employee of mine because I didn’t pay directly at 7 am. How ridiculous. Won’t get any of mine or company business and Brittney needs grow up with that childish attitude.

  Pros: relatively inexpensive way to clean out my garage and basement this morning – only $45 flat fee for up to 280 kg. The woman at the checkout was friendly, and the inside office was clean and nice-smelling, in sharp contrast to the landfill outside.

  Cons: I’d never been there before, and we were given vague directions on where to park our vehicle. Signs pointing you where to go were not very visible or helpful. One of the employees, a young man texting on his phone and barely pausing to look up, was extremely rude to my dad and I. Horribly unprofessional, kid. If you hate your job that much, 100 other people would be grateful to take your place. We were just looking for guidance, and you not only yelled at us, you insulted our intelligence. Also, what the heck are you doing texting while you’re on the job? This young man’s attitude left a real sour taste in our mouths. Doubt I’ll ever go back unless I hear this person is no longer working there.

  They were fast and easy to reach on the phone. The facility was well organized and it was fairly quick to get started on off loading. I had about 20 bags and boxes full of household garbage and it only cost $40. Aside from the inevitable stench of garbage it was a great place and I would go back again

  I have popcorn ceilings in my home and i had them tested through Active Environmental Safety. They were great from the beginning. Quick to come get the samples, quick to get the samples tested and quick to communicate the results. Very clear in the information/explanation and pricing provided. And everyone is super nice!   Amazing service and staff. After a stressful day of believing to find asbestos in my kids play area the guys at active environmental made it out on a long weekend Sunday within an hour and a half. They gave me a ton of helpful information to put my mind at ease and had my test rushed and came to the lucky conclusion that no asbestos was present.
