  We recently purchased an older character home and were worried about potential mold so we contacted a number of mold testing companies serving the Vernon area. We decided to go with Epoch Environmental Consulting and they were absolutely amazing – from our initial call/inquiry, where the environmental expert explained all of the details/information to us, answering our questions and so on…to the techs that came to take the air samples and also the receptionist who took our calls – our entire experience with Epoch was so professional and amazing! Also, they took the time to explain the report to us, answer more questions and we can’t say enough how impressed we were with our experience and that we would highly recommend this company for air quality/mold testing. The entire team were fabulous to deal with!

  We used Ecora as our landscape review consultant. We could not have had a worse experience. They charged more than double what was quoted. They would not get back to us for months at a time. We have been requesting a refund on several erroneous bills for months and they refuse to even respond. Now they are trying to bill us for work that was not even quoted months after the fact. If you enjoy brain damage, I would suggest engaging Ecora. I believe their motto is “we’re not happy, until you’re not happy”.
