  I’ve had Hygienic Earth out twice for two different tile abatement projects. Both times were super simple and straight forward. Work was done while I was at work and I returned home to a clean and safe space with air quality testing to prove it. Response time for estimates and scheduling is extremely fast and easy. Chris and his company make an otherwise stressful task easy and straight forward.

  Chris was friendly and professional from beginning to end. He was extremely knowledgeable on asbestos and what needed to be done in our home for our safety. He gave us a great price and was always quick to respond with any (and many) questions we had during the process. We booked Chris and his team and the job was done in 2 days.   Chris and his team provided us with exceptional service. I would highly recommend them! We needed asbestos insulation removed from pipes in our basement, and he was our third quote. The first two had very different suggestions, so we needed a tie-breaker. I’m so thankful we called Hygienic Earth. Chris took the time to explain their process and our options, he made the most sense of all three and was very professional. They did an excellent job on the remediation and it is great to have an asbestos free basement now. Thank you!

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DISHONEST & INCOMPETENT

  I paid $1,590 for them to install a radon mitigation system in my house that is not working (see picture below was taken 1 month after their installation).

  The men who came out had absolutely NO CLUE what they were doing. Proper testing both before and after their installation was never performed and the system was not installed to EPA specifications (i.e. exhaust fan should be 12″ above the roof line). They also had no concern for sloppy work or leaving several messes behind for me to clean up.

  Trying to resolve this issue with the owner (Dave) only led to a shouting match where I was told my issues were “bullsh@t” and was called a “liar”.

  My Five Star review is based solely on the fact the system got my radon level down fast. I was at 2.9 when the crew came out and in less than 2 days my radon level dropped to .6. I think the system looks nice both inside and outside my house and the system is very quiet. I was told I get a 5 year warranty on the fan, which is nice!

  Dave, the head of mitigation was very helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend getting the durable sump cover which doesn’t show the inside of the sump pump! I will recommend Dave & Peak Environment every single time! 🙂
