  I was referred to Ashley by a friend – who I had consulted about her wedding planning experience. The first thing my friend said to me was “On your wedding day, you will not worry about one thing.” This cannot have been a more true review. Ashley’s planning process is meticulous, leaving no stoned left un-turned to help curate your day down to the smallest details that I would have never even thought of. She takes your dream and makes it even grander, as I could never have imagined the beauty that was our day in every aspect. On our wedding day there were a lot of things that could have caused stress (intermittent rain, dance floor being smaller than anticipated, some guest illnesses, wardrobe malfunctions) and she handled it ALL with such grace, so much so that I wasn’t even aware that most of these things happened until after the wedding. She is also a gem of a human and we had some good laughs through the stress of the process and I will truly miss chatting every day! I would recommend Ashley to anyone whose budget allows. And can’t wait to attend another friends wedding she’s planning!

  I don’t even know where to begin! From the very beginning Ashley created a sense of calm within the wedding planning process, which is the exact opposite of how most people ever expect to feel. As a person who always wants to know what’s going on and be a part of the planning I knew that it would be a challenge to trust someone else, but Ashley somehow defied this. I was able to put my full trust into her and in doing so she created the most magical, beautiful and happy day my husband and I could have ever dreamed of. I found myself trying to find things to stress about because she was so on top of it I had nothing to actually worry about, it was the most incredible year of wedding planning only because of Ashley and her team. Ashley has a strong and talented group of women who work along side her and have shown me and my husband nothing but love and and commitment to also helping make our day perfect. I am in awe of Ashley, her team, the work she does and the experience she creates not only for us but our guests as well. Ashley is strong, kind, resourceful, creative, resilient, loyal and an all around incredible human. October 7th 2023 was truly the best day of our lives and I will never forget the pure joy, love and happiness that was felt by us and so many that day. The compliments were endlessly coming from our guests about the details, personal touches, florals, and truly everything, it was pure magic. I am forever grateful for Ashley and the Poppati team!

  Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and we were able to be completely present and enjoy the day all because of Ashley. She thought of every last detail, managed all of our vendors seamlessly and made sure everything went exactly as planned, and was so on top of everything. There were never any fire drills because she managed everything so well (or if there were, we never knew about it because she handled everything with ease). I can’t imagine trying to plan our wedding on our own. So beyond thankful for Ashley for allowing us to enjoy being engaged and not have to stress anything, and also for making the planning process so fun!

  Not only was she extremely organized, but she is so creative and made the day so beautiful. She gave such great advice / ideas / vendor recommendations, and I’m so glad we listened to her advice because she made our wedding SO much more unique and personal than it would have been if we hadn’t.

  I also appreciated how Ashley is firm and persuasive and can easily negotiate with, manage, and advocate for us with vendors. She always had our best interests at heart and did everything she could to get the best for us from our vendors.

I hoped one day she would be my wedding planner and I’m so glad that dream came true. I had a wedding vision and Ashley went above and beyond to make it come to life. Elegant, chic, modern yet timeless… It could not have been more perfect. Ashley’s professionalism, industry knowledge and sweet personality was showcased in every decision we made. Our wedding venue was under construction for over 90% of the planning process so we really had to be patient and trust her timing. What sets Ashley apart from other planners is her unmatched creativity and uniqueness. Our wedding was like nothing I had ever seen before. From personalized dinner menus to the prettiest seating chart and working with our bartenders to perfect our signature drinks… the list goes on and on.   The attention to detail that Ashley and her team put into our wedding day months and months and months before the actual day is nothing short of remarkable. What we admired most is that she certainly does not just tell you what you want to hear – she gives you the truth. But she doesn’t just say no and move on – she is always bringing alternatives to ideas that can bring you as close to your absolute dream as possible. And that is because Ashley has already thought of every possible outcome of every possible scenario before she’s even brought it to you. She helped us pick the perfect venue. She negotiated on our behalf countless times. She told us to do our ceremony outside even when the weather was suspect and we were a little nervous. And she was there for every single guest throughout the night if they needed her. Even weeks after the wedding, we had guests texting us and saying how incredible Ashley was throughout the day and how impressed they were with her call to do the ceremony outside – we are forever in debt to her for that. Ashley did what all planners should aspire to do – bring the vision to life and make the wedding appear as flawless as can be to the bride and the groom. Without Ashley’s persistence, work-ethic and patience – I don’t even want to think about how stressful the entire process could have been. We already miss her and would recommend her to any and all.
