What a horrible experience. Took 3 months to complete a simple sale of property and we were given completely incorrect information by Lindsay (Carlo) that caused my husband to have to get a 2nd certified cheque with only a few hours notice. When he told her this, she said I clearly didn’t listen because she never would have given that information. I even questioned what she had told me at the time because it was different from the process which I had followed in the past, but she assured me that the certified cheque did not need to be in the name of Flett Beccario, that we could put the sellers name and actually told me we could pay him before the sale was even finalized! Do not recommend at all.

We recently asked Will Melnychuck, a lawyer with this law firm, to assist us in a Guardianship matter pertaining to our daughter who has special needs. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was thorough, accommodating and understanding. He went to bat for us and we were awarded guardianship. He set up trust accounts, ensured our wills would accommodate Katie’s future needs and was very good at his job. I recommend him to all families who are wanting to protect their children with special needs, and for any wills, POA, codicils or other related documents.

I retained William Melnychuk as my attorney to assist with my moms estate settlement and help me resolve an issue I had with my joint executor. He is honest and professional and kept me updated during all aspects of the case until it was resolved. I couldn’t have asked for a better result and experience. I highly recommend Will for any legal matters you may have and I will definitely be back for anything else that I need.
