  Oh my goodness, where do I even begin to sing the praises of Kent from A Couple of Gurus?! This guy is an absolute rock star when it comes to customer service! I mean, I thought I just needed a simple password reset, but Kent went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly.

  Not only did he reset my password, but he spent multiple days working on my desktop, reinstalling software, and making sure everything was running smoothly. And let me tell you, he did NOT give up! Kent continuously checked in to make sure everything was working as it should be, and even went out of his way to make some helpful suggestions on how I could improve my system.

  But that’s not all! Kent’s sense of humor and positive attitude were the icing on the cake. Despite the fact that my issue turned into a bit of a project, he kept me laughing the whole time. I mean, who knew that getting your desktop fixed could be such a fun experience?!

  I was contacted by a Q Consulting recruiter for a contract position. I was told the firm was looking to fill the job immediately and that my background was well-suited. I was asked when I was available the next day for a chat, and once I replied, the recruiter ghosted me completely after several polite follow-ups from my end. This particular position was a dream job in a niche industry I’ve been trying to break into for a long time. If the job is unavailable or has been shifted to a different firm, I would have appreciated the notice.

  Everyone at Q Consulting is friendly, professional, and on top of things! My experience working with their recruiter (and later, all the staff I met thus far) from the very first message I received in the beginning and on has been outstanding. COVID makes things difficult these days to add that extra quality you get from an in-person meet-and-greet and support etc…however, even virtually I still felt their full attention, friendliness, and positive welcoming attitude towards me and I think that’s what made the biggest first impression.
