Everything is a mess because the people there are so understaffed it’s actually insane. Staff at the tills were brill on my visit but around the store they are too busy chatting and using Instagram rather than helping customers or sorting the store. Store tends to get quite busy and nobody tries to tidy it.3 months agoLong queue for Nike on Sunday afternoon.After I get inside good place to visit especially the shoes area but unfortunately not all the sizes available.

I love Nike and all their clothes.. this nike has four floors but the AC is horrible the smell of the fans they put on ground first and 3rd floor smell like fish and it’s really hot. It’s hard to stay a long time at the shop you’ll start sweating. I bought few things from there the staff is friendly but the AC needs to be fixed.
It also doesn’t have many options I feel like the collection is limited compared to their size but overall i’m a Nike fan so I still got few things
The fitting rooms are spacious
And the Djs on ground and fourth floors are amazing

The variety seemed low for a flagship nike store. There were more Air Jordan 1’s a few meters away at Office.
Staff were not very helpful but at the T-shirt printing section , the man behind the counter was a friendly bloke.
This place is awesome! 4 levels of Nike heaven. DJ playing giving it a fantastic vibe. Shoe styles not available anywhere else. Staff were friendly especially Robert. He is the MAN! Help us out with sound advice, allowed us to try several styles of shoes on. Even help us getting our AirForce 1s customised via their customisation services. Nike is a must if ever in London and don’t forget to ask for Robert😎😎😎
Note: Being that it’s in main tourist district, it does get busy. If you don’t like crowds then this is not for you.
This Nike store was huge and had an unbelievable amount of inventory. There were a couple negatives to visiting here however. Number one, it took a ridiculous amount of time to get checked out. Number two, they had all of these large free-standing air conditioning units scattered all over the store but none of them were vented to the outside so while they were blowing cold air out the front they were blowing all the heat out the back or bottom of the unit. Who came up with that brilliant idea? it was very warm in the store.
Huge Nike shop that fascinates all Nike fans and with the friendly and helpful assistance of Mo, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for in no time at all. Thank you Mo for your kind assistance, keep up the good work.👍
