  My husband and I reached out to three realtors in Bolton when my husband and I bought a pre-construction home. We were a couple of years away from putting our home up for sale but we wanted to get an idea of where the market was and where it couple possibly be headed. All three realtors said that they would keep us updated with the sales in our area – the only realtor that followed through on this was Anthony. Anthony continually kept us updated on what was happening in the market. When we were ready to sell Anthony brought in his amazing stager and photographer. We were selling our house in a trying market with continual rate hikes taking place. As stressful as that was, Anthony was always there to answer any questions, it didn’t matter when you reached out to him and was always there to calm our nerves. Anthony provides outstanding customer service and would recommend him hands down to anyone looking to sell their home. If there was a way to give him higher than 5* we would.

  Anthony review If you’re reading this it’s because you’re looking for an agent to buy or sell.. Let me start by saying I used Anthony for buying and selling and now let me tell you my experience../ my story 😉 When we decided to list and sell, the first agent we asked was a family member who is a realtor / agent. What a mistake that was! We never ended up going with him because the lies started right from the first interview (I won’t open that can of worms). We then got referred another agent from a family member. We interviewed him, he came in all driven and ready, so we listed it with him. Then it seemed like he just fell on his face. He wouldn’t answer other agents calls to the extreme that I had interested agents knocking on my door and asking me to view the home since our agent wasn’t answering his calls or returning messages! And to top it all off he never even brought a lock box, so he told me to leave a key under a rock on the porch for viewings. Yes this is for real.. He didn’t last I got rid of him in a few days. Now my frustration at its max i asked my wife to find a reputable agent and the best one at that. With a few key strokes, a few agents popped up on the screen and we chose Anthony. I called him – I must admit I wasn’t the nicest guy – because so far I’ve had a horrible experience. As I was talking on the phone to Anthony he calmly listened, we set up a time for him to pay us a visit, we sat and spoke a couple of hours and I knew this was our guy. Anthony is an amazing agent that knows his business better than anyone else 100%. We sold and bought with Anthony and I wouldn’t have it any other way. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond his job description to help us. But not only is he good at what he does, he is a person who doesn’t see you as a transaction, he sees you more as a human. He puts himself in your shoes as a husband and a father and he knows how stressful this is on the whole family. You need someone like Anthony on your side because he is empathetic. With that being said; thank for your patience, your help, your understanding, and all your hard work. I appreciate you as not only my agent, but as a person I now consider a friend.
