  We had a great experience working with the Fox Marin team. Jessica helped us find our dream home. She was able to suggest homes we may be interested in based on our search criteria, she was knowledgeable and gave us tips on what to look for when we were out looking at the various properties, and most importantly she was easy to reach and able to make appointments to see homes last minute. She helped us prepare for the home offer process by walking us through what to expect when the home we wanted to offer came along. When that day came, she was there along the way and made sure we got what we wanted.

  The Fox Marin team helped us in the selling process as well. They coordinated between the buying and selling sides so that we would have enough time to close on time. They gave us advice to consider when it came to prepping our homes to sell, what the market was like, and generally wanted us to make sure we wouldn’t put ourselves in financial duress. Kathy did a fantastic job staging our places to sell, and Olivia was quick to give us recommendations with resources we needed and she helped answer any questions we had. Kori and Ralph were able to go through an overview of the home buying and selling process and helped get our homes sold in time.
