  Very clean and with helpful staff. Needed an international driving permit which took only 15 mins when we got to see staff. There were only 3 staff there while an additional 7+ desks empty, so looks like haven’t gotten back to full operations after the pandemic.

  Nothing short of horrific customer service. This is with respect to attempted trip/tour booking. I was on hold for 40 minutes with no pick-up twice. I did a walk-in and was told they do not book appointments on weekends. Then was told they would meet with me on the Tuesday and never did. Also, this agency CHARGES you for trip booking if you don’t go with them ($150.00) plus ($50.00 for booking flights for the trip). Which other companies don’t do. When I tried to book with another agent at CAA she told me to book the next day with her and she was then out of office. Highly recommend that you go elsewhere.

  Unpleasant people that work there and stupid prices, plus I walked in to talk to a agent and grabbed the chair to sit down and he told to not sit and tell him what I want before and the entire time he had an attitude, plus he quit literally said “ stay with your insurance we won’t accept you “ what a joke of an insurance stay away from them

  Anna Juanly is simply the best travel agent whom I have had the privilege of being served by.

  I called around 6:30PM on a Thursday evening. She was very busy and I had a complex flight itinerary so she said that she would call me back. She is a person of integrity. She called me back at almost 10 PM. Notwithstanding,she gave me her full attention and efforts with a pleasant, positive attitude and manor, and worked with me until almost midnight until all flights were booked and completed as best she and I could have it done.

  Her knowledge is excellent and she made wise suggestions for our flights with a good itinerary at a very good price in the end.

  This type of service is beyond rare as are her dedication and personality. Any business should be so lucky as to have an employee like her.

  I will be calling her for my future travel needs.

  Where to start it’s hard to say, our first and only family vacation that we were supposed to go on was almost destroyed by passport issues. Sunwing refused to help us, cancellation insurance said you’re out of luck. We were poised to lose over $8,000 that we had saved for five years to finally do our first family vacation. In a last ditch attempt to save our money, and hopefully vacation, we made another attempt and called SELL OFF VACATIONS who we had booked the trip through. It was our luckiest day, the person that saved us was Anna, she fought for us with Sunwing, and didn’t give up at the first no she got. She kept fighting with them for over an hour. In the end she saved our money AND vacation which my husband and I had worked so hard to give to our three boys for years. Anna has not only earned our everlasting gratitude, but she is a true example of what customer service should be. She will from now on be the only person we book any travel through. If you have the privilege of being able to travel, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING THROUGH SELL OFF VACATIONS DIRECTLY WITH ANNA!
