He patiently walked us through our options, found us the best devices and plan, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. On top of that, he helped us resolve a prior issue with Verizon customer service. I usually find the process of changing phones and plans extremely frustrating, so our experience with Isaac was a pleasant surprise–I highly recommend him and this store. I have also been assisted by Nick and Ryan at this store, and they were highly personable and helpful (apologies, I did not get cards and don’t know their surnames). Craig did such an awesome job helping me. My customer experience was very good thanks to him! He got my Apple 11Pro iPhone working after it crashed despite me being told by 3 separate Apple Store Genius Bar technicians from 3 different stores in 2 states telling me it was nonrecoverable. I will be forever grateful to Craig for his excellence in customer service, product knowledge superior to the Apple brand technicians, and his fortitude which helped me to recover photo memories and other data that would have otherwise been lost had I followed the advice of the Apple Store. Loved our experience. We walked in and Trevor helped us. He has an easy-going demeanor and is very knowledgeable about the phones and service. We had plenty of questions and he had plenty of answers. He was hugely helpful with our switch from AT&T.
He was training someone while we were there and it didn’t slow his process and he was answering questions for the person he was training as well.
It was seemless and I’d highly recommend him and this store.
I’ve always had a good experience at this Verizon retailer and today was no exception. Craig was fantastic. Three new phones, including data transfers, screen protection & cases happened without a hitch. Without a hitch because he drove all around to get two of the phones from other locations so we could end the day happy. Professional, honest and always patient, our experience couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Craig!!
I completely have no idea what to do when It comes to phones. And I don’t usually write reviews about customers typically but the manager/customer service tech Craig was more than knowledgeable and cool, he was helpful! I had a piece of lint stuck in my charging port that I didn’t even know about and the guy just cleaned it out without me even asking him to. That guy deserves a pay raise!!!
I was treated very professionally and kindly as were all the patrons in the store at the time. I went at a very busy time for the store. Not only did Heath warn me in advance that it would be busy but he also set an appointment to try and help reduce my visit time. Even though the store was busy all of the staff seemed to attend to all of the customers needs and make each one feel as if they were welcomed. The staff patiently spend as much time with each customer as they needed to complete their transaction with all of their needs being met if possible.
