  5. Was told if I add a third line to my $145 per month bill I would receive $40 off my bill for life. The new line would be $5 and the tablet I had to purchase would be $10 per month. This comes to a reduction in my bill to $140. So sure absolutely. Who wouldn’t want to reduce their bill. Well too good to be true. My bill is now $205 per month because they lied I do not get $ 40 off the bill for life. Bait and switch is illegal Buffalo road Verizon. I’m calling BBB tomorrow

    Matthew was very helpful with my inquiries and more than understanding of my technological inabilities and very patient throughout the process. He was the first to greet me upon entrance of the store, in the Yorktown Plaza of Erie, PA., in a welcoming manner that made me feel at home and less intimidated. He reached out after our in-store discussion, I was quarantining through Covid, and I confirmed that he had me sold and I would indeed return. Upon getting well, I did just that and made sure to return to the same store in hopes that he would be there. I was on a time crunch with my work schedule but he made sure that I didn’t leave without being well tended to, and within a timely manner, to boot. To be honest, I was contemplating switching carriers, but his hospitality had me sold, yet again. And boy am I glad he did, what a deal! Thank you, Matt, and to everyone at Verizon for making my life a little bit easier and in turn helping my business grow with the newer technology provided!

    Gus was very helpful and friendly! He made the upgrades so much faster and easier than I previously remember them being. He also explained things to me multiple times and never once showed frustration, and had no problem doing so because I just couldn’t understand what was going on lol.If you go there, ask for Gus, he’ll make your experience way better. Also Gus was very professional, kind and precise. He also helped put our screen protectors on for us since my hands are to shaky. He put our cases on the phones. He made the transfer process for the phones go so smoothly. This man deserves a 5 star rating for sure. Thanks Gus for the excellent service. You genuinely made a difficult visit seem so easy. Will only ask for Gus every time I show up for here on out. If he’s not there I probably won’t work with someone else lol he’s that good.
