- Reviews:Goodbye Verizon… I went in to upgrade my phone and was told the wait would be about 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and then left. My wife is the account manager so both her and I had to be there which meant we had to bring our 3 young kids. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I asked if they had a bathroom for my daughter and was told they have no public restrooms. The absurd wait was bad enough, but it seems like these long waits are normal and not having a bathroom for the customers is ridiculous. When I went up to ask, another couple came in and was greeted with a less than welcoming “do you have an appointment?” To which they replied “do we need an appointment to buy a phone case?” The guy at the front was obviously frustrated with the business. At the same time, a young, pretty woman walked in asking if someone could help her fix her phone. One of the Verizon employees helped her right away even though my family and others had been waiting a long time. This store certainly does not seem to want any business. Needless to say, I’m glad Verizon is not the only carrier in my area. This store in particular was terrible and lost me as a customer for the business. If you’re looking for a phone provider or service, I recommend looking elsewhere.By Greg B (2 weeks ago)Picked up a new phone in the express 24/7 box. Which worked perfectly. Had an issue activating the new phone because I didn’t have the account pin. Went inside where I explained the situation to Guillermo. He let me know I could either get the pin or wait and they would be able to help me activate it. Waited 30-40 minutes got to another associate that immediately told me that without the pin they wouldn’t be able to help. I went back to Guillermo and ask why he had me wait. He explained he didn’t know. I said I explained the situation at the door, in which he responded that he didn’t know they wouldn’t be able to help. Don’t waste peoples time. I had the good fortune to visit this Verizon Store on five days in a row recently. I cannot say enough about how helpful every single member of the team was when I visited.
The people that I was helped by include: Alexis, Yenny, Macy, Bianney, Lily, Rogers, Alex and Martha.
While my issue was not solved during any of the visits, each person gave me their undivided attention and tried multiple strategies to get my device to work successfully.
As of this review, my cell phone is now fully functional (thankfully) and even though I do not need any Verizon products, I will stop by and buy something at the store just because I was treated so well.
Great people are what keep people coming back to Verizon. A monstrous THANK YOU to each and every one of those wonderful people for their patience and understanding.
I went into this Verizon store today to help my Grandmother with a hardware issue regarding her iPhone. The woman at the Verizon store was extremely helpful and was able to get us fixed up in a matter of minutes. Great customer service, clean store. I would recommend going to this Verizon store.

Absolutely loved the service I received from Macy!! She was very friendly, helpful, and got me in and out as fast as she could. She was very informative, gave me lots of information on my new phone. It’s people like her that definitely make upgrading a phone and breaking down the price/payments that much better.
I was so upset when I went into Verizon to pay my bill because I didn’t understand why everything was more expensive than I was told it would be when I bought my phones. She itemized my bill and made sure I understood what was making the price so high. Now I also understand what my next bill will look like. Martha was amazing and so helpful and able to calm my anxiety over the misunderstanding of the third party Verizon I initially bought my phones at. I was unaware of multiple discrepancies and had several grievances that she talked me through and advised that I could go back to the palace I bought them to see if I could get help there considering they are a franchise. Thank you Martha for doing a great job with customer service, excellent understanding of the processes and price points of the products. She answers every question intellectually, respectfully and empathetically. I give her four five and six stars for being so amazing. Verizon you should know that store has great employees with great management as far as I could tell. Martha deserves the best for being the best.
