4 months agoGreat way to keep our cars clean. The monthly pass is great. You can use it as often as you like. Keeps your cars looking fresh and ohhhhhh so clean! Excellent and respectful staff. Very nice to do business with you! You can go to any Mister Car Wash. 🚗a year agothis station is garbage, two of the washing brushes are not working, poor drier and vacume.
my plate number and it protection frame crashed during the washing.
when I talked to the workers and did a clame the mangaer send me email that we are not responssable for any damage in plate number and frame or other accessories.
thats mean we should remove the plate number befor washing😜
thats happend to my friend in same car wash station.a year agoHonestly getting tired of the poor wash quality of all the Mister Car washes and am considering just cancelling my Unlimited pass. This picture is of my truck after 2 times through the wash. The employees have a pressure washing wand right there and they just stand there and never use it. It would take maybe 10 seconds to spray down the back but instead they just stand there and press the start button.a month agoRoller at end of wash on Columbia Drive in Kennewick isn’t working… AGAIN! in the last weekSave your money and go somewhere that will actually get the job done! I paid for the car wash right above the basic. The girl was waving me up with 10 times more effort than the energy she put in to spray the front of my car before the wash began! And when I think about it…it seems everyone gets the same wash no matter the price…so that seems shady! It’s whatever for the convenience…BUT THE VACUUMS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I’d be there all day to actually see a significant difference! The suction is lacking SIGNIFICANTLY! Idk what they get out of being greedy with them…but to me…more suction would help people get the job don’t quicker so they can go about their day which would keep spots open for the others waiting to use them. I did my driver side only and went to a different car wash to use the vacuum there.a month agoI liked them when they were Bush. Since they were bought out the quality has declined significantly. I just got out and my windshield was still all wet (the drying thing didn’t come down like it used to) and not very clean. It seems they rush you through the automatic wash more than before and the scrubbers don’t have time to clean well enough. And they got rid of the vertical curtain thing that swished side to side. Since they were bought the quality has consistently been less than satisfactory. It’s ok for a quick halfway done wash I suppose.a month agoFirst time using this place and it’s ok if you’re in a rush and just want to get some of the dirt off your car. Paid for the basic wash with tip option (no idea why) but you can decline. Rolled up to the wash and the guy in the wash tunnel just barely sprayed my windshield for 2 seconds and started the wash..didn’t even pre scrub or anything. Regardless glad I didn’t tip for that service. Once the wash was done truck tailgate completely missed and left dirty. I’ll probably stick to just washing my own car from now on though.a month agoI went through the wash 4 times in a row and it looks like I never washed it at all.2 years agoThe girls are very nice, but this car wash is by far one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. There’s bugs all over my window, grill, license plate, and headlights. And just so everyone knows I had a car wash within a week and have only driven a little over 300 miles, over half those miles were city driving. There’s still dirt on my back bumper and rims still have a lot of dirt on them. Slow the speed of how fast the cars go through and give them a chance to get washed might help.

After taking both vehicles to Mister Car Wash, both were severely out of alignment. Results of a car wash cost us $300 for re-alignment and will never go there again. Cars are clean but at a cost not necessary. Recommend watching alignment after going.
my car was covered in sap in large areas and all over the windshield and they were the most helpful. very kind and great service. they told us methods to get it off in case the car wash didn’t work but they power washed it first and let it sit to help and it got 99% of it which we didn’t even think it’d get any off. regardless of it working or not they were so very helpful and the girl outside was so very kind and helpful! it was on 5/4/23 at 6:15 pm.
The car wash stole my bumper and now the company refuses to both answer a call from me or even call me for the initial investigation. Pay for 2 memberships in one house, and even though we both go maybe twice a month somehow we still treated like lower class citizens
This (Aaron Dr., Richland) is the best of the Mister Car washes in the area. It always cleans my car the best and I love the covered vacuuming areas. Employees are always very nice.
