I mostly use the pickup option for my grocery shopping. This went through a lot of growing pains but works really efficiently now. The app is so easy to use. The pick up let’s you decide on substitutions. You alert the store when you are on your way. You let them know when you arrive. The best part of the app is the amount of digital coupons it offers. On my last visit, I saved over $76! I also use points earned to get Kroger gas for a nice discount. I use their pharmacy and have never had any issues. Overall, it is a great place that I highly recommend!
I was there about 40 minutes ago to pick up fried chicken but the entire case was empty. I went to the deli counter but no one was seen. I waited about 10 minutes and still no one. I stepped to the end of the counter and could see one lady in the back left. After a few minutes she looked up and saw me. She stepped away but never came to the counter. A fellow from produce asked what I needed but could not help me. He said something to a lady by the cakes and she pointed to the back of the deli. Still no one ever came to help me. If I were the deli person’s boss, she would be looking for another job right now. We always shop at this store and have never had s problem like this. Maybe it is time to look for another store.
Customer center has horrible service. Employees joking and playing around while customers are waiting in line. Waited in line for 20 minutes with only one other customer being helped. Employees have no idea what they are doing.
Caden is one of the rudest cashiers I’ve ever encountered. He’s very lazy and racist ! Sad to see Kroger allow employees to act this way , will definitely do my shopping elsewhere .
Very aggressive employee who has been watering flowers my last two visits has harassed me my last two visits will be getting her name and calling corporate if it happens if a third time id really rather not have to get someone in but I have severe anxiety in this is not something I can deal with it would be much appreciated if a manager would talk to her about her extremely inappropriate and aggressive behavior… It’s an otherwise wonderful location with very good friendly staff when I’m no longer being regularly harassed I will change to 5 Stars
