What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Monday 01/30, I met Leah in the floral department. This young lady takes great pride of ownership in the floral shop. Leah was personable, knowledgable and offered a range of solutions to accommodate my requests. She took great care to build the floral arrangement then packaged it for safe transport. I hope Leah is being used to train other people on your team, she deserves recognition for being an engaged person with your customers. A++ GREAT JOB!

  2. I enjoy this Kroger on Old Troy in Huber Heights, Ohio. The staff is so helpful, and the other customers are friendly, and fun.

  3. I have shopped this store for many years and over the last 6 to 8 months it has gone way down hill . The store is always completely filthy , broken glass laying on the floor , black spots where something spilled and never got cleaned up and people just walk right threw it. I will never step foot in this store again the management is an absolute joke.

  4. Came in the store last night just to get a water exchange and as soon as we walked in instead of being greeted with a hello we were greeted with ummmm excuse me but we close in 5 minutes very rude gave us a dirty look….we said we’re just here for water, he proceeds to tell the other employees to cut off power and lock the doors so no one else can get in and then we go to cash out and the person working is just so unbelievably rude. Then we had to wait for them to unlock the doors and pull them open for us to leave. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do they not know some people work late and that last 5 minutes is all the time they have to grab something real quick? Needless to say we will be shopping at a different Kroger from now on. This Kroger always have a rude experience with workers.
