a year agoThis is normally my go to car wash. My car was extra dirty from going camping and I chose the soft touch over the touch-less automatic wash. I chose the free vacuum which is always great, but today it didn’t have much suction so it was hard to get anything picked up plus one of the vacuum stalls was not on, the other had a broken hose, and the one we ended up using was duct taped together, then I noticed my car was not nearly clean enough so I had to do the quarter wash with the pressure wand. The ultimate wash is $15 plus the $5 in quarters we were out of there with after $20 total. So needless to say, it needs to cared for more and maintained better. I hope it does because it was my favorite place.a month agoI used to love this car wash, haven’t been here in over a year or so and found out it’s now $3 to start. I know prices went up on everything after the pandemic so it’s understandable. But The tri-color foam gun barely reaches the other side of my car the hose was very short, I had to hold the gun upside down on the passenger side of my car to spray it and I couldn’t get down to the lower half of the car on passenger side, and it doesn’t spray as much as it used too. Other than that it’s still as good as I remember it2 months agoI have been coming for 3 weeks, trying to get the monthly membership, I’d left several messages at the phone they have on their sign, also e-mailed them and didn’t get success. There is always closed!!3 weeks agoThe best thing about this place is their touch-free carwash. It does the job. They do have one drive through carwash with brushes too. Then four stalls to manually wash your car. I have only used their touch-free wash.
The vacuums seem to be a hit or miss with whether or not they want to operate. Some of the hoses have very little suction. Not sure how often they clean and clear those out. The back lot where you can detail your car is pretty dirty with trash strewn everywhere.
Sometimes other customers will recklessly drive their car in the lot. It’s so dangerous, rude, and annoying. Other times customers will blare their music loudly for all to hear. Not sure if there is anyone inside the building, but I do wish people would be more mindful of the other customers using the facilities.
Does the job of a car wash, but needs to spruce up their environment a bit more.
a month agoTrashy and extremely overpriced car wash, overrun by beggars. Was approached multiple times by “beggars” who seemed to have a professional relationship with an employee. Sketchy sketchy business, don’t waste your money and time.

5 months agoThis place rocks! I’ve been coming here for the last 3 months, and I’ve never experienced an issue. The staff has always been friendly upon arriving, service is fast and reliable. Most importantly my car comes out clean and looking good 🧼. Heads up * Due to the cold weather they do not dispense towels at the bays. Id recommend you asking for a towel upon arriving!

2 months agoI was excited to use this car wash because of the cute duck.. but it was a huge let down. I am better off using the chevron car washes. I used the ceramic wash and I was still left with dirt outside my car.in the last weekCar wash is always clean. It does a good job on washing my vehicle. No complaints would recommend. And the staff always does a great job making sure the towels are always stocked so I can dry my windowsa month agoI stopped at Quick Quack after traveling from St. Louis. Due to the long drive the vehicle was caked with bugs. The experience was efficient and professional and I purchased the best wash available.I was ushered into the cleaning tunnel quickly even though they were busy. The vehicle was sprayed with a prewash but I was surprised that Quick Quack did not use a pressure washer prior to entering the tunnel to tackle the tough spots/bugs. Unfortunately, Quick Quack failed to clean these bugs. Perhaps 30% were removed in the process.
I acknowledge that my vehicle was extremely dirty with bugs but I feel the lack of pressure wash prior to entering the cleaning tunnel is a gap in service but also an opportunity for improved service.
I should add that i used the vacuums too which were effective and they offer the complementary hand towels which was appreciated.

Been using this buisines for 20 years when it was super sonic. This location was Crown car wash before super sonic. Wasn’t very pleased with super sonic. Then it changed to Take 5. It seamed to get better & really had no complaints till recently when they overcharged me for the month of march. I have a limo service with 3 vehicles with fast passes. For march they charged me for four vehicles & don’t want to refund my money. Not sure if 19.99 and 20 years of business with at least 3 to 7 vehicles at a time means much to them, but Mister Mister carwash is just down the street. If this issue doesn’t get resolved soon Mister Mister it is.
I had to renew my subscription and thought about doing it at one of the new big and fancy car washes but they are too expensive!
Take 5 has redone their car wash and the people there are friendly.
Plus $26.99. I think that’s affordable and several locations are available near home and work.

This place is complete trash every employee is trained to just make the company money. I went through the wash and it tore my bumper right off and left a number of scratches and when I went to file a claim they denied it due to a small scratch that I’m pretty sure got there due to the going threw the wash. I have been trying for the past few weeks to get ahold of the claims department and they keep ghosting me. If you care for your car stay clear of this car. They are terrible.
Decided to get the unlimited membership for just $19.99/month. Great deal if you plan to use it often. They provide cleaner sprays for the interior and windows along with microfiber towels. I LOVE the new feature they have to clean the mats! It comes with everything you need to get everything on your car looking fresh!
The new remodel of this place is amazing! Clean shiny car and nice and dry. Definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a clean car. Also best bang for the buck is the pro 5 monthly fast pass. I can use it at all the locations unlimited.
