Took the kids on this trip to spend their money for a couple toys they’ve been saving for. They both found what they were looking for and left with giant smiles on their faces. Prices were decent and self check out was easy enough that the kids could ring through their items on their own. They think that’s super cool!
Poor excuse for a supercentre and refusing to staff more than 2 cashiers at any given time is total lack of customer care. No WE don’t want to use your self checkout we don’t feel comfortable using it and standing in line for 1/2 an hour isn’t acceptable either. Taking our business to superstore and everything else we can grab at a Walmart with more than 2 tills open in Regina. LISTEN to your customers since we get to know each other quite well waiting in line so long I know there’s a number of people that feel the same way.
This Walmart parking lot is huge and allows RVs to stay overnight. The staff are very welcoming and clean. Beautiful and quiet environment. Recommended.
Great store just be warned that if you fill more than 1 month/prescription they charge refill fee for every month individually.
Cost me over 100 extra today.
Super store doesn’t do that and neither does Walmart on Gordon road in regina.
Needless to say I won’t be filling my prescriptions there ever again
Went there to buy an electronic watch, there were two guys here, they didn’t even want to ask anything, just doing their things. I told them I qant to buy a watch, one guy made a call and told me to wait. 30 minutes and nothing happened, 2 guys still standed there and not willing to ask anything. Have to ask them again, and he made another call (no apology or anything), then another guy came by and help.
Bought the wrong size, went to customer service to ask for exchange. The old woman didn’t look happy at all, and issued full refund then asked me to go back and buy again instead of just giving me an exchange. Wasted an hour just for a thing. Have never had this kind of experience at Walmart before in North America.
