in the last weekStopped by to get an express carwash last week and the machine actually damaged my rocker panels of my Nissan Rogue. Spoke with one of the employees, Josh and he took pictures and gave me the managers information Leon and said that he was going to contact me with in 48 hours. It’s been almost a week and I’ve tried to call multiple times and left VM, I’ve also sent messages and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointed to know that absolutely no one has had the curtesy to call me to discuss the issue over the phone, or apologize for the incident or at least discuss if they will even consider to fix my car which I believe they should do since they are responsible for what happened. I should have never stopped at this location to get my car washed, however, it never crossed my mind that this could happen to me. I would just warn everyone to be very careful when you use this express carwash so you don’t have to go through what I’m going through right now.9 months agoIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my car to get a wash here and came out with a flat tire. They tried to tell me that my tire was already flat before I went through their car wash. However, anyone with a brain would know that if my tire was already flat I would not have been able to even drive there! And my tire pressure light wasn’t on until I was halfway through their car wash. I talked to the manager Leon and got footage of my car noticeably getting caught on something in their car wash. They told me that they were getting a maintenance person to come out that night which was a Friday and they would contact me the next day. Surprise surprise they never contacted me. I called and left a message and they never called me back. HORRIBLE customer service. Had to pay for a tire replacement that should’ve been paid by them for causing the flat. NEVER going back here again!2 years agoI live about 3 blocks from here. Went the first time the other day. I LOVE IT. FREE vacuum to use and unusual LOW PRICES. Not kidding. Prices were very low. I paid $5 for the basic car wash and the outside job was great on my Benz! Prices do go up for premium washes but basic was fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 10 STARS4 months agoPlace is cool. I will definitely take my car back!!!a month agoA full car wash that you can go through yourself or have them. The best price and service with hand drying at the end. You don’t leave the drive thru with a partially dry car. Several upgrades available but the basic is 7 dollars. Make sure to tip at the end and they’ll dry your window after you rolled down. No other car wash or expressed like this one. Also a monthly pass allows all of your cars for the same low price.a month agoFirst time here .. service was fast as soon as we arrived they took care of us we got to sit and wait inside it was taking a while but no problem because my truck was detailed 60 dollars well spent .. I got the ultimate car wash. Machine wash and detailed inside the car . They dry the car by hand . Would for sure go back.4 months agoFormerly an excellent car wash, detail and oil change. Now it’s $22.99 for a regular wash. They don’t even clean the windows. I cleaned all the interior glass except the big back window myself after first pointing out the spots, and being told that they already cleaned it. I asked for the spray and the rag and did it myself. Plus the dashboard and the glass over the instrument cluster. Very unhappy and I would not recommend. Unless you looking to pay for full serv and do it all yourself.5 months agoWent for an oil change & a wash. Nice work. I got a old truck so no fancy wash and wax. They do full detail if you need it. Friendly and helpful, fast too. In and out about 45min- 1hr. Nice place.

horrible experience. Paid for the highest wash as this was the first wash on my new van and wanted it shiny. came out of the tunnel and it did not wash anything. front and back of the van was still dusty and dirty with mud and water spots from the rain. I walked around and noticed my brake light was damaged as well. I went to the cashier and told them my van was not washed and I filed a claim for the damage. was told they will contact me for the claim. 3 days went by and no call. I called and was told to call them in the morning.
I called today and was told they cannot do anything about it as their machines do not put pressure on the cars. I told him my van was being bumped and shacking while being “washed”. they said it was already damaged and they will not pay for the damage. my van still has paper plates and wasn’t even a month old.
Do not come here! they will not wash the car, and they will damage and deny responsibility.
It’s a normal decent wash, but the vacuums are really good. Lots of space. The lines move quicker than they look.
Really like my membership and the fact that these are popping up in very convenient places.

This location needs to work on staffing. Ignoring the lane, a vehicle waiting for the membership to be acknowledged and then when being honked at to get your attention (even after you finally open the door for a contractor who knocked) because you just closed the door and started talking to someone else, you should actually walk out and help. Pointing a finger at me, does not convey to information you may think it does. Then saying well you need to hit the machine (never had to at other locations) did sorta help, but again would have been a lot easier if you had walked over to me crossing one lane instead of just waiting until I back up, go into the other lane, then just opening the gate. Not helpful.
Beware customers. When you go into wash. We ask for the gold.showed the lesser one.The correct one did not light up.manager says it changes.when another car drives up to pay.ther wash,well no cars were behind us.they areTricky.
I paid for a gold package where you get one car wash and get the second one free for three days. I came back after the third day the employee nor the manager wouldn’t honor my receipt. I’ve been to another location that did honor it. WHAT’S THE POINT OF ME PAYING FOR A SECOND CAR WASH AND I DON’T RECEIVE IT!?!? MANAGER IS RACIST!!!!!
