a month agoThis is THE place to go get a wash and a detailing on-the-go. This is a well oiled machine as the staff and management work hand in hand. Polite staff who hustle, everyone was all about how to help the customer. Want to make your spouse or partner happy? Take their car here and let them show the magic. They even use small air blowers to help blow dust our of the cracks and crevices in the car while detailing. No doubt I will be back. Oh, and the wash cycle is longer and more sudsy than the competition. How do I know. Because I took my other car their.a month agoClassic carwash is the best car wash in the area . I have a few others carwash closer, but I drive 30 minutes from my house only because the service they provide is OUTSTANDING! Not only the guys always do a great job, but the manager is always checking / supervising that everything is perfect . I really can see how they care about their clients . Friendly speedy service2 months agoThe carwash itself does an average job as any other crash similar. But the people themselves working here do an amazing job! Love the pre wash bug scrub followed by a hand dry after the wash is done. That is included in even the cheapest wash. The most expensive exterior wash is always a awesome job! This is the only carwash I can fit my truck in being it is on 37” tiresa year agoThis is the best car wash in Winter Garden. With a variety of options and prices from $15 to 45. Obviously there’s additional features and upgrades if you choose. But for $40 I get the outside cleaned and polish the inside vacuumed and everything is wiped down by hand. On top of that the staff is awesome and friendly. The wash is guaranteed for 72 hours which I love. The managers on duty are always super friendly.

2 months agoSo last week my brand new Ram 1500 was very dirty. And like any lazy American I took it to what I thought would be a reputable company. Sweetwater in Windermere. Mind you this truck had 1700 miles on it, brand new. When it came out there small vertical scratches on the left side of the bed of the truck. When I pointed this out to the worker they immediately started blaming me, saying things like “you must have got those while driving.” How do you get verticle scratches on a car while driving? The worker tried using a rubbing compound and got some of them off but not all of them. While I appreciate the effort, I dont appreciate them explaining the science of how it is impossible for their brushes to do this. Brand new car, they were not there. I promise you. So I filed a claim and I took pictures. The next day a man named Graig called and said that it impossible for his brushes to make those makes as they never go up and down. I offered to meet him at the car wash and we could look at the brushes and scratches together. He said he never saw the pictures, he wont meet me and there is nothing he could do. So i went alone and look at that. The first two rollers on top go up and down, even the supervisor said they did. He said he would call Greg and explain. Think they called me back, nope. They will probably say I am scamming them and ask me to take this down. Nope. DONT go there if you like your car. I will be posting this on ND and FB. Greg if you want to make this right, try acting professional and take claims seriously.2 years agoMy car always sparkles after visiting Sweetwater Car Wash Lakeside. The monthly membership for the tunnel service is a good value if visiting at least 3-4 times/month. In Florida, frequent washes are needed with all of the heavy pollen and love bugs. There are always plenty of self-service vacuums available and they are free to use with your car wash purchase. They’ve also added baskets near the vacuums with clean microfiber cloths so you can dry off your car.I live closer to another Sweetwater location but prefer to drive to Lakeside because I trust their equipment and service. I knew it had to be good if people are trusting their Teslas and Mercedes through it. *Sorry, I didn’t include pictures of my pretty car for privacy reasons. I assure you, I turn my head to look back every time I get out of my car.

So easy to use great prices and they have FREE self service vaccumming here with a purchase of any car wash!4 months agoThis car wash has several locations throughout Orlando. We are currently using them for our fleet vehicles. The price for a monthly plan is reasonable. The service is excellent and friendly.5 months agoI bought the monthly plan for only one period, today I discovered that my card has been charged automatically without my authorization. Unfortunately this seems to be a practice of some companies in the region, I had another similar problem with another company in the region of different branch. I do not recommend companies with this practice

This place is pretty close to where I live and we’ve stopped in on several occasions to get the wife’s car washed. If your looking for a quick in-and-out basic car wash that offers a very decent drying, this is the place. If your car is very dirty dirty or like mine ( it had mold spots on it from sitting in the weather without being driven), it will not come clean with a single pass. I went through three times and it still did not get the spots off the roof and trunk. They do offer a hand wash service for a few dollars more and I was told that I could get all of the spots off my car by using this option, but I did not have time for a hand wash so I drove it through again. I’m disappointed to say that it still did not come clean. We do have a monthly pass here for the wife’s car and it does a great job, although her car rarely has anything more than street grime on it.
I would definitely recommend this place more so than a gas station car wash.The vacuums here are free but there are only about eight stalls and they seem to be pretty busy most of the time. I will keep coming back though as this is the one time that my car has looked like this and the rest of the time it is been perfectly okay. I will update my post after I go through the next time.
My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible
First time. The staff was very nice but I was a bit disappointed. I pulled up and asked for basic exterior and more detailed interior cleaning. I really wanted a full service on the interior….steam vacuum, shampoo, etc. I said it to the initial guy. The guy just asked if I’m interested for membership for unlimited wash. I said sure. Charged me 21.29. I thought that seemed too cheap for what I asked. So, I asked him again about the detailed interior service, he said pull up and they will take care of it. I pulled up, washed my car, and then all they did was vacuum my car (missed a lot of corners and stuff). Now, for 21 bucks, the work was sufficient BUT I wanted the works on the interior and I was willing to pay more. For what I got, I would have just gone to the gas station. I basically paid for a $21 membership which I might add, gets billed every month….the guy did not mention that part. I had to read it on the receipt. I wish they would stop focusing on trying to sell on the membership and focus on the need of the client. I would have paid for a detailed interior, instead they focused on this membership which I will cancel before the next bill. So, I may just look for another location to really give me a good interior detailing.
Not the greatest. The tire shine did absolutely nothing and the some of the bird poop remained on my car after the wash. Staff is super friendly though and the vacuums are VERY strong.
Wasn’t worth of what you pay. Paying $20 for extra stuff. What tire shine? Wax? There was none. Then there should be towels atleast to help dry the car. Bad idea to stop here for a wash. My car now smells like a wet dog.
Fine in a pinch but the worst of the four Misters I’ve tried in the area by far. Don’t expect 50-80% of the stages to work.
