a week agoI have a membership, and as of recently, the water really leaves a BUNCH of water stains. It didn’t use to do this before so I don’t know what’s changed. Also, I’ve noticed that they don’t direct the direction for my car anymore. So the conveyor is what adjusts my direction all hard. Neither the males nor females do this for me, and I’m assuming others too – it’s pretty annoying When I initially got my membership, there’s was a rock in the rags and put a chip in my windshield. I haven’t mentioned damages, but I’m sure someone else would be really upset about it I’m going to maintain my membership because this is the only car wash that transfers to San Antonio, too, so that’s it.a month agoUp until they updated the location, I never had a problem. The new setup is nice, however on my first visit after it opened, I received a major scratch on the side of my car. I canceled my membership.a month agoThey really skimp on the soap. It’s okay but the one in San Juan seems way better. This location has left residue before when I’ve gotten the more expensive wash. When I’ve asked to go back through (cause it wasn’t clean enough even after the most expensive wash), I was told to pay again. Other car washes have the attendants to hand scrub bugs for a few seconds before your car wash. Not here. I use them because they’re the only automatic wash with free vacuum that I know of in Weslaco.9 months agoThe lines are always long but they do go pretty fast. I’ve been going at least once a week and have never had an issue. Such a convenience.So today as I was in line almost to the drying area, the power went out!! Luckily, even through that, they were quick to turn everything back on and get us out of there!! Still love it!

a month agoDo not use this car wash. First off, the wash leaves water spots all over immediately after the wash, so the water is obviously disgusting. They charge $5 just to use rags. The worst part, the wash scratched the hood/top of my jeep in a bad way. Never coming here again.

7 months agoThe best wash was a bit pricey, but it did a good job. It was thorough, and the cleaners smelled good. The only part that was disappointing was the dryer at the end. It did an okay job, but we didn’t have towels, and due to it being wet, it was dirty again in no time from the dust sticking. I would use it again. Just need to bring the towels with next time. Also, they have lots of bays for vacuuming and throwing out garbage. That is really nice, except they aren’t in front of the automatic wash. Just the manual ones. You would have to maneuver around to use it from the automatic side.5 months agoThis is THE worst car wash I have ever been to. I might as well just flushed my 5 bucks down the toilet. Staff is amazing which is why I keep coming back. The plus side is they provide free vacuums, free Terry cloths to dry your car and free air to blow out water from those places water likes to hide! 5 stars in my book for the current staff. Everything else is just Bonus!
I came to this car wash because my car needed a good cleaning, and a good cleaning it got! The employees there were really helpful in particular Angie P. She was very helpful and friendly providing information on the different levels of car washes available and what they were each offered, she also gave me complementary Dashboard alcohol wipes and air fresheners. Overall 10/10 experience and I would use this this service again.
Have tried to go to this car wash twice both times I have not been able to wash my car. The first time I went they said someone drove through and broke the machine so they had people still driving in just to tell them they are closed. Tried to give them another shot since the first time wasn’t their fault and now at 11am on a Sunday they have no change for a 20$ bill. The cheapest wash is 12$ and they didn’t have change for a 20 seriously. I’ll stick to blue wave in weslaco.

Great service. Nice people. I love the quality of the wash. I’ve been there many times but this time I might have gotten a paint chip from the car wash. 😬The staff was very tentative to my issue. It’s yet to be resolved. I’ll repost later.
