5 months agoWow! This bed and breakfast is delightful! The location is quiet and it has a very unique charm. This property takes you back in time which I truly love. The white balcony is one of my personal favourite downtown buildings can be seen from here. This place will not disappoint. Each bedroom has its individual signature and you can pick depending of your preference. Love it!5 months agoThe Laredo Mansion Bed and Breakfast is such an inspiration of detail and a mix of Victorian and Spanish architecture. I highly recommend this property not only because its charm but the experience that can be felt from the moment at arrival. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Wonderful place to get away. There is no other place in town like this. Congratulations Mr. Gonzalez for this beautiful property!3 months agoThis was an unusual experience. A mix of good/bad. We drove 8 hours and When we arrived at the building, the owner was not present, but a film crew was on site, who was extremely rude. And said we were not supposed to be there. We waited for the owner who showed up and took us to our room (which looked great). However, the film crew on site was extremely disruptive. We were told the film crew would be gone shortly. We asked about breakfast and were told burritos are served in the mornings. Overall impression was unorganized, though they were nice. We went to visit a relative who lived in the neighborhood who was dogsitting for us, as the Mansion does not allow pets (no issue with that). However, to our dismay, our relatives landlord told us she would not allow the dog to visit. She instructed us to tell the owner of the Mansion and have them switch us to another of their properties that allowed pets. Considering we had already moved up stairs into our room, this was not pleasant. However, the owner said, no problem and we could move to another property across the street were they allowed our dog. However, I was not told I would be charged for the original room in addition to our 3 night stay in the new location. If I had known this, I would have at least enjoyed the tub, that night. Older neighborhood, nice park down the block, easy walk to many places. As I said, a mix of good and bad. Still not happy about being double charged.5 months agoA treasure in downtown Laredo, Texas! A minute walk to Jarvis Plaza. The Outlet Shoppes 3 minutes away (driving time). However the main attraction is the Laredo Mansion. This is a fantastic place not only to rent rooms for weekday or weekends stays but they can also rent the entire facility for memorable events perfect for family reunions. Incredible memories can be make at this enchanting place. Highly Recommended!3 months agoLaredo Mansion is a quaint historic B&B in Laredo with lots of character. It’s an accommodation that is badly needed in Laredo and provides a great and relatively affordable alternative to chain hotels and motels.

2 months agoFirst off the outside of the building looks great but it’s very deceiving. The rooms are good size and there are in a remodel. So I booked 2 rooms on the new side looks ok but very cheap bed frames, and mattress, not to mention they had roaches all over rooms, coming out from under the fridges and on the walls behind the beds in both rooms. I grab my family and got a refund and got out as fast as we could. The staff was friendly but the establishment on the inside was horrible.3 months agoI love it here! This is been my home away from home for years and seeing far they have come with all the new changes and the hospitality is AMAZING! This has actually been my first time back in a few years (because of the pandemic) or so and the difference from then to now is a BIG PLUS! The professionalism and pride the staff has for their job says it all here. 🤩3 months agoExtended stay American , this location is one of the great on cleanliness, and great customer service. Made me feel at home in my stay since day one . Staff is really friendly and attentive Sabrina and Juanito were alway great me good morning and good bye. When arriving and on my departure, Room are clean sheets are extremely clean ,4 months agoWORST HOTEL/SERVICE. First night fire alarm went off, second day fire alarm went off twice, and 3rd night they “somehow” double booked our room with fire alarm going off again – our room had our things in it and someone else’s things in it. Just VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and they said they arnt sure they can refund for a night we arnt even staying there. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.7 months agoThis Extended Stay America location is very comfortable and convenient. The hotel is clean, quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have a full-size refrigerator and microwave along with plenty of cupboard space. Preparing something to eat is easy and it’s much cheaper than ordering fast-food delivery every day. The hotel is also close to Walmart for grocery shopping and there is a Stripes location right up the street if you need something quick. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my stay here.

I only give it 3 stars b/c i was lied too. I called ahead before i made reservation about pet fee. No one wants to pay for a room twice, especially when their animals dont cause problems or make messes… so i get there. Didnt realize they charged pet fee for both dogs every day i was there… that an extra room per day that i paid for each day. And i was here 5 days… stop tellin us one thing to get our business. Other ESA across nation are $25/per stay… im starting to realize this is not america down here so thats prolly why everything is weird. And everyone lies. The lady at desk was nice enough to tell me the actual policy. Otherwise. I woulda went to the hampton where pets are fee.. or the best western. Where they charge per stay.. i am also a truck driver, and drive many places in US. They all are up front about pet fees and mechanics… i am here cuz my truck is in the shop and same thing…Just sad to play on people when honesty serves wayyy better… im just tired of it. Never again will i bring a load down here if i cant make it out.
But, The rooms were decent. It was pretty quiet and bingo next door. Thats the perks.. if you have more than 1 animal, be prepared to spend double the cost of the room itself for them to stay as well. Youve been warned…
No stars due to service
I arrive at 06:50 am
I never walked to a hotel and no see anybody a the front desk, lights off and nobody was present.
At the time there’s a couple man setting on the lobby, I ask if he knew no body was at the desk he said they come in at 7 am so I call the reservation people and told them about it she ask me to use the landline phone and dial 0 and they will come to the front desk, after I try couple times no body answer so I decide to leave and got a room an another hotel. Than later that night they charge mi credit card for the 3 nights than I call to let them know I never check in and explain to them on the phone so she said she will check the cameras 📷 next think i knew they charge my credit card again so I called and ask why her answer was the desk attendant was three I said no he wasn’t other wise I should check in but I didn’t, she tell me are you saying my cameras are laying, i don’t know what do you see on the camera but I never check in and I need my refund to what she didn’t agree and I told her I was going to dispute she said ok and hung up.
No happy camper at all about this hotel never again on this hotels.

I got a review answer i was indicated to call the hotel so they can help to review the issue and help my situation
Well I call the front desk around 9am surprise someone was there but she did not help at all I still getting charge $90 dollars per the cancelation so I told the person on the phone first at all this shouldn’t happen from the beginning if you have someone here and I shouldn’t have to deal with this and on top of that getting charge I said no I already dispute the charge even she did mention I was three 06:30 am to 07:00 am I said no I arrive 6:45 am and left 7:15 because no one was three. The answer was the same so I proceed to let her know I’m not paying for it the dispute has already file and hung up.
Very disappointed
If I could give this hotel a 0 star I would, they have the worst customer services I have ever seen I had my room booked a room and payed for one night when I went to check in they already gave it away and they had 0 rooms left I had to sleep the night with a 9 year old in my car with a 90 degrees hot weather because all other hotels are booked. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I didn’t have much expectation for this place being it was a $60 room. To my surprise it a clean room with way more movie channels then you get at most places. The bed was comfortable, pillows good, fridge, microwave and coffee maker was available. The hotel had a pool. I didn’t use but there was plenty of people in it. It looked clean. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and was happy to print out some paperwork I needed. Last but not least. The breakfast was similar to most places but was served with a smile. They used to have a restaurant/bar on site but it has been closed since covid. Hopefully someone will open that back up soon. If you are ballin on a budget this is a great place to stay.
