I came in with neck pain from doing god knows what. I saw Dr. Greenberg, not to be confused with Dr. Greenberg of Okemos Family Dental. They are, however siblings. What a well to do family. In any case, Dr. Greenberg was very friendly and approachable. He cracked my neck a few times and passed me over to Jason, the resident rehab specialist for training. I am well on my way to recovery. The staff are very nice and have great taste in music. I would recommend this to anyone who are in need of help. I’ve seen two different chiropractors and one of the massage therapists. They know what they are doing. You’re also given wonderful take home workouts and stretches to help maintain the work they perform and ultimately allow your body to heal itself. I’m very picky when it comes to my health. Wonderful caring staff . There was not a negative person anywhere on site. All of the other patients I observed during my appointments were greeted by name by all staff members – showing they really take your total health seriously. I went from hardly being able to walk or stand – to climbing the Tahquamenon falls steps up and down! Definitely a TOTAL health professional clinic!
First time there and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly staff. Randy, my doctor, explained what was going on with body and why have lower back pain. I’ve been going here for a few weeks now, as part of an extended care plan. Usually I would wait to see how things go before I leave a review, but honestly, they’ve earned it.
Well sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and that’s this place. Dr. Cody and Dr. Trevor have been great and super personable. But what has been so impressive is that the other doctors know and greet me by name as well even though I had not worked with them. This includes the front office staff also.
I’m very impressed by the hospitality and peace that this office brings. I’ll be sure to update after my care plan is finished.
