    Nothing special here. Though the Walmart was clean and organized. Always a good stop for many items.

  2. Manager yelled at us because it was 5 mins over the time and i was picking up furniture. Neither asked if we needed any help in getting furniture at the cash. Super rude and felt bad. Worst at customer service. I left the sofa and dining table because of this attitude. Walmart needs to look at it and get good managers in your stores. Being a loyal customer and ex walmart employee felt that this is the worst thing done to any customer. Stupid service will not return here and will definitely fill out a complaint.

  3. The short haired blonde girl doing returns at customer service clearly hates her job and has an extremely rude, unprofessional attitude. She told us to leave our return and contact info & they would “get back to us at THEIR convenience.” Who talks like that to customers? Thankfully the manager came by and she was nice enough to help us. But overall not a great experience and that girl should definitely not have a job in customer service.

  4. One of the Calgary Walmart Supercenters that I frequent the most is this one. It is also among the most recent ones in the area.

    This Walmart Supercentre is spacious and has a functional layout. I don’t feel confined like I do in certain older spaces. I have no trouble conducting my shopping there because the product area is also extremely logically organised.

    I usually go outside of peak hours because it can get busy at times. I advise you to take that into account as well.

    This is just like any other Walmart. It’s not the cleanest and it’s not the dirtiest. It is usually super busy and it has an ample lot of parking spot. For those who don’t drive, the C-train goes right by it and a lot of other buses. There is also a lot of taxi present just around the corner. It’s more convenient for those who live downtown and on the West end of the city. Enjoy your shopping 😊

    The Westbrook Walmart is truly a Super Centre. Today I uploaded 200 pics ranging from Prices to various products and demonstrating the overall quality of space per person. I loved the experience it was not to busy on the instead even mid day on a Monday. There was a wide range of items and people were so friendly from the customers to staff; keep in mind I was annoyingly taking 200 photos to upload to google and people were greeting me and were very polite despite how annoying what I was doing could be for those grocery shopping. That said, customer care seems really good here the service staff were helping customers and answering all my questions with a smile. The till space gets fairly busy but they have overhauled there checkout area from what it was before and it is much faster. I subtracted one star for dirty bathrooms and a congested parking lot. However, it is most likely LRT users are to blame for the parking here lol. It is kind not to ticket them

    Generally I post GOOD reviews. But I just couldn’t for THIS location. The store was a complete MESS. The shelves were all is disarray, stock out of place, and the fitting rooms were a disaster!!!! NOT the location I will go to again, and NOT what I expect from a Walmart store.

    1. 3 incorrect shelf prices, in one shopping trip, Additional 11$, on a 100$ receipt. 2. Painfully obvious floor walkers, clearly following you every single step! I felt Profiled, through a lens of some type discriminatory, misinformed bias. It destroyed Family time, as we were looking for a birthday gift for my son. 3. For no reason an Additional staff member comes to till, writing down details of transaction!? Kept my cool. 4. Avoid if possible.

    Fred is an amazing employee, he saw me suffering trying to find the requested items in my instacart order, and he came to me to ask me if he could help. He didn’t wait to see if I’d approach him, and when he couldn’t find the same items, he went to get this device and looked it up for me. There’s also another gentlemen that works there that I have requested assistance from him and he doesn’t do what most employees do by sending you to X-aisle and when you tell them thats where you were they would say “then we are out” he actually goes in the back to help get my items. He’s East Indian and I wish I know his name but next time I go I will get it! Thank you guys soo much

    Has almost anything you need. Unfortunarely, the Tim Horton’s is no longer there. There is a McDonald’s there still. In the summer they open up a garden center. It does not have the selection of a Superstore for groceries but they still have a fair bit. They no longer use the plastic bags. Plenty of parking is available.

    Never had a problem in this location. It’s the closest Walmart from where I live, so I’m a common guest in this store. I’ve don’t multiple returns here as well (during the year), – never ever had any issue with that. Employees are helpful, cheerful and not bothering you too much with no reason. I’ve read some reviews here, and was quite entertained seeing all those people to expect be treated like they are on a red carpet. Customer service (compared to their wage) is already above and beyond. I was working in Walmart a while ago, so trust me – I know. Just be respectful and treat the employees same way as you want to be treated, especially seniors. Byeee 👋🏻

    The last 3 times I have visited this store none of the checkouts are open , just the self serve which is a pain in the rear to use. I think next time I am going to shop online and let them pick my groceries and bring them to my car. That way I wont make any impulse purchases and I do not have to go through the aggravation of the self checkout. Two stars because the store is clean and mostly well stocked .

    Tons of variety, with a fantastic floor plan, and a large grocery department. I found this location geared towards families, and that was welcoming. The self serve checkouts were staffed by consistently helpful team members. I noticed lots of COVID-19 protocols still in place.

    I went to this location around 7:15 in the evening. I was done shopping at 8:20. To my great surprise no cashier were working. Only 1 staff at customer service and 2 staffs at the self service tilts. I asked to being helped by a cashier at customer service. The customer service staff told me they were short. I was forced to checkout by myself it took me over 45 minutes plus the time I tried to explain to the customer service they should have 1 staff at the self service tilts and 1 helping being a cashier for big orders but instead I got lied in my face by the customer service. 40 minutes after I started checking out they opened a cashier line, the manager or assistant manager was around too. They were all on break instead of going by small groups a bunch of them left the floor leaving customers to themselves. During the time i was checking out 1 of the 2 staffs at the self serve tilts was just standing doing nothing for 30 to 35 minutes. It was easy to see her she was standing on the other side of the self serve tilts. Extremely poor customer service, rude staffs not helpful at all, manager or assistant manager not checking on her employees. Worst I ever been treated in a store in my entire life. I will clearly do a complaint to Walmart Canada. This attitude and the way I was treated is unacceptable. Lying to customers and having 1 staff doing nothing for 35 minutes made me extremely mad. I did read a few reviews and seems like customer service staffs are horrible to deal with
