  1. They got rid of all of the galvanized pipes and replaced with copper. Replaced the water heater and installed a water softener. The techs did a great job. They were very nice and professional and the work they did looks great! I will definitely use their services again!

  2. Update: the supervisor and technician came back next day and fixed the remaining issues.

    We called Arnold and Son when some faucets had no water or very low water pressure in our house. One person came to give an estimate of $2200 for the fix. The same day, two other guys came and replaced water softener which was considered as the root cause of the issue. However, all faucets with no water are still same. They asked additional $3500 to replace the fixture! I have a very little knowledge about plumbing, but I feel I was charged to fix the issue other than paying $2200 to replace a regular water softener and then was told i will have to pay $3500 if I want faucets to be usable!

  4. I am very thankful for the work that Arnold & Sons has done for us on several visits. They have exceeded my expectations every time they came to our house.

    Their team is the reason our basement no longer floods with sewer water. Our sewer main was old, clogged, and needed a check valve put in to ensure our problems wouldn’t continue. The project was big but their team’s quick and effective work drastically improved our quality of life.

    On another occasion, when the check valve cover accidentally broke, Robert B. from Arnold & Sons came out quickly to help us address this hazardous situation. He took great care to remove all the pieces of the cover and then proceeded to replace it for us, all without charge. Thank you, Robert!

We had drain issues and found out we have an old cast-iron pipe that was deteriorating so it got rerouted but there was other fixes in the house that I had them take care of, and they did excellent work. Very classy team barely even knew they were there. All team members were very polite. They made a plan came and fixed it . Thank you

    I called their office in the morning for an emergency (no water at all). Michelle was absolutely incredible and made sure to walk through the price before moving forward with scheduling, got me in the same day, and was extremely responsive to any questions. I can’t say enough good things about Michelle. The plumbers who came in were quick, kind, and very professional and personable. I actually cancelled my appointment because my husband called another place that came sooner, but they quoted us 2.5x Paluska did and couldn’t do the repair until the next day. I called Michelle back, told her what happened, and she was able to still get me in and they came within 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. Such a good experience and highly recommend. Truly great people!

    Jorge and Ethan came to install a new shut off valve for my new dishwasher. They arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Consulted on future plumbing work that may be needed. Jorge provided helpful suggestions on ways to handle the issues. Install was quick and billing was reasonable. Will call again for any future work.

    I am very impressed with the Paluska Plumbing team. They did a great job on replacing my failed hot water heater in a very short timeframe.
