  1. Our technician, Seth, was awesome. He did a great job of explaining things in terms that were easy to understand, very attentive to safety. He was thorough in explaining what our options were as far as repair vs replacing our water heater. He was able to come the next day and guaranteed us hot water by the end of the day (as it was a pretty big job that entailed a lot of work given our situation) and he followed through on completing the job and getting us hot water by the end of the day! Would definitely use them again for services.

  2. We just had Trey from Pat Plumbing out to give us an estimate for replacing our water heater. He was friendly, professional, and above all, informative. When he finished, we knew exactly what all our options were, and he made sure we understood them and had all our questions answered. We’ll be going forward with the job, and also calling Pat Plumbing first for anything we need in the future.

  3. I’ve used Pat’s a few times since I’ve owned my home and they’ve always been very easy to work with. The last time they did some work for me I got a man named Seth. Not only did he fix my shower plumbing for me (what I called for), but he also replaced my shower head and water shut off valves to my bathroom sink at no extra cost. You are greatly appreciated Seth.

  4. We had Wyatt out today to auger our clean-out pipe that goes to the house. This young man was such a delight. He’s very bright and knowledgeable, & very personable. I will definitely request him in future needs. Thank you to Kitty in the office as well! I appreciate everything you did for us!

  5. Our house needed some updates, and we waited just a little to long and they became repairs instead. Very pleased with service from the 1st phone call. We received a call to get more info about service we needed, they kept in touch regarding time of arrival, and service was friendly. Seth was able to find an leak we didn’t know we had, was upfront with need to do issues and recommended issues as well as pricing options. Seth and his apprentice were friendly, professional, and even took time to properly introduce themselves to our puppy. We already have plans to use their services again (hopefully for updates instead of repairs though!)

    What a great experience we had! They were able to come out to look at our furnace the same morning I called. The receptionist that scheduled the appointment was very nice and sympathetic to the situation. Ryan, our technician , was so very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he did it. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. I would recommend A-1 for fast, great service at a fair price. Especially our technician, Ryan, as he was fantastic!

    Tony was very thorough and made sure I understood what my options were. He then explained what was wrong with my faucets and the best plan to repair it. Because he was so conscientious I know normally got my bathtub repair but I went ahead and replaced this faucet on the sink as well. Excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with his work.

    Ashley made scheduling very easy and they were able to come out the next day to look at my furnace. Ryan was super nice and professional! He even let my 5 yo son “help” him which I’m sure doesn’t make his job easier. I was very impressed with A-1 and will definitely be using them again in the future!

    Woke up to a flooded basement from a water line that came off from the whole house humidifier! That was installed about 3 weeks ago, turns out it was a defective part. I can’t complain about the techs, Chris figured out the problem and corrected it. But I am out all the time to clean up the water and dry out carpets plus I am not sure that a section of Sheetrock might have to be replaced!! I understand if was unforeseen circumstances that no one could have predicted, but it’s still very frustrating to say the least!

    I love gardening, planting trees, shrubs and I’m an artist so I called Blue Dot for a solution to a lack of water sources for me on my acreage and shop. They came out after my quote and put in an underground waterline for the north and south sides of my home as well as installed two hydrants and plumbed water into my outside shop. I’m thrilled that it was done so professionally and timely. If I need them again in the future, I’ll not hesitate to call!

    Had them out several years ago to install new central air and furnace systems. Still working great. Had Rob out today for an outdoor spigot fix that I attempted and failed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn’t mind me hovering to see what he did and offered a lot of good tips. Highly appreciated. You might find somewhere cheaper but none that will do it with more experience and quality. That saves you more in the long run, trust me. Highly recommended.

    Wesley and Dave showed up when I was told they would AND they went right to work cleaning my Mitsubishi split system, which I love by the way! They were pleasant and professional! Wesley showed me each part he was cleaning and explained cool facts about my system that I did not know. They even did the outside heat pump! I’m impressed! Thanks guys, you are the best!
